THE SERVICE PERSON THAT WAS SENT OUT (NAME WAS ROY )WAS WONDERFUL. HE WAS HONEST AND FARE ABOUT THE BID ON THE JOB, EVEN TALKED ME INTO SCOTCH GUARDING. HE DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB THAT I'M QUITE SATISFIED WITH BUT HE DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO DO A SMALL SOFA AND OTTOMAN THAT I'D WANTED DONE BECAUSE HE WAS CALLED TO ANOTHER JOB. WHERE MY PROBLEM WAS, WAS WITH THE WOMAN ON THE PHONE ( NAME WAS PAULA ), WHEN I'D MADE THE APPOINTMENT I'D SET THE TIME TO BE 1:00 TO 4:00 SO I'D BE ABLE TO WORK THE MORNING, PAULA CALLED AND LEFT, ON MY ANSWER MACHINE AS A REMINDER THAT THEY'D BE HERE AT 10:00, I CALLED HER BACK WHEN I GOT HOME TO STRAIGHTEN OUT THE TIMES AND SHE SAID THAT I HADN'T SET A TIME WHEN I FIRST CALLED SO THEY PUT ME IN AT 10:00. I EXPLAINED TO HER THAT I HAD SET A TIME KNOWING THAT I COULDN'T BE HOME BY 10:00 DUE TO MY WORK SCHEDULE, SHE GOT SHORT WITH ME SAYING THAT IF I COULDN'T BE HOME WHEN I WAS SCHEDULED THAT I'D HAVE TO RESCHEDULE. I'D ALREADY WAITED OVER 2 WEEKS SO I COULD GET THE DAY AND TIME THAT WOULD FIT INTO MY SCHEDULE NOT TO MENTION I'D ALREADY PULLED ALL THE FURNITURE OUT OF THE ROOMS I WAS HAVING DONE AND HAD VACCUMED, AFTER EXPLAINING THIS TO HER HER RESPONSE WAS I COULD BE HOME BY 10:00 OR RESCHEDULE, I TALKED HER INTO MAKING IT 10:30 AND IF I COULDN'T BE HOME THEN I'D HAVE A NEIGHBOR LET THE PERSON IN. DUE TO THE SHORT NOTICE OF BEING SCHEDULED FOR A TIME THAT I HADN'T CHOSEN I ENDED UP HAVING TO CANCEL ALL MY PATIENTS FOR THE DAY SO I COULD BE HERE WHEN IT WAS CONVENIENT FOR YOUR SCHEDULER. AT 12:30 I CALLED AND TALKED TO A VERY NICE LADY NAMED TORRY TO FIND OUT IF THE CLEANER WAS COMING OR HAD THIS PAULA CANCELED MY APPOINTMENT ALL TOGETHER, SHE PUT ME ON HOLD, FOUND HIM AND CAME BACK TO LET ME KNOW THAT HE WAS NOW ON HIS WAY. WHEN HE GOT HERE HE SHOWED ME HIS NOTE THAT SAID TO SHOW UP AFTER 10:30,IT WAS 10 MINUTES TO 1;00 WHEN HE ARRIVED. MY TIME IS VERY PRECIOUS TO ME AND MY PATIENTS, I HAD MADE AN APPOINTMENT IN ADVANCE THAT I COULD AND WOULD KEEP, SOMEONE AT YOUR END DROPPED THE BALL AND IT COST ME. EVERYONE I ASSOCIATE WITH LIVES THIS SAME LIFE STYLE, SO TO REFER A COMPANY THAT HAS SUCH LITTLE REGARD FOR OTHERS TIME IS NOT VERY LIKELY EVEN THOUGH THE JOB ROY DID WAS WONDERFUL.

Brett, the tech, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He told me about the service he would be doing today and the final product was amazing. My carpets look brand new. The company should be very lucky to have techs like Brett. I will call your company again and again and recommend zerorez to everyone I know. Thank you for sending your best tech out to my home. Ray was the best! Happy and loves his job! He answered all our questions, and just wanted us to be happy! The carpets look great.
Very effective
The carpet was left very wet and took a long time to dry. Some areas of the carpet were not dry by 11 p.m. I do not know if this is the normal procedure or not but the next time we will schedule an earlier appointment. The carpet looks much better.
Everything. On time, courteous, no left over dirt attracting, nasty feeling residue. Price, a little higher than most, but when you consider that you'll have to have the "other guys" back 3 or 4 times more often to maintain just the appearance of clean, it's actually quite a bit cheaper!
First of all, we liked the young man who came fo shampoo our carpets.
Ricky was neatly dressed in appropriate work attire. He was friendly, polite and efficient.The needed work was done very quickly.
I continue to evaluate the cleaning, because I'm watching to see if stains will rise to the surface in the days after the cleaning... so far that hasn't happened.
The carpets in both of the rooms that were cleaned look beautiful and new.

I like the process whereby pure water is used to successfully clean carpets. The technician did an excellent job cleaning the carpets and explaining the process.
Zerorez technician was very courteous and accomodating,and carpets looked beautiful!
I like the fact that Zerorez is non-toxic to humans and animals, does not have leave chemical residue and does not have a chemical scent. The technician who provided the service was friendly while still being professional. He was very informative while answering my questions. I have and will continue to recommended Zerorez to others.

I had a real dirty carpet. I was going to replace it. Then someone recommended that Zerorez can fix them, but not really. There were still some "gray shade" at high traffic areas. for certain really I still have to replace part of the carpets.
Watch the hose rubbing on paint. It makes black marks on the wall and base boards. Other than that service was great!

Roy did a great job getting stains out of the carpet that 2 previous cleaners were unable to remove. The stairs also look almost new again after 7 years.
