How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Although the price was higher than I have paid with other companies (the stairs were too expensive), I do not mind paying for better results if I can tell the difference; I was hoping for better results with the few stains that we had in certain spots.

The service technician was extremely professional.

What do you like about our products and services?

Our tech was very polite and friendly and got right to work. Although he didn't apologize for being 30 minutes late, he gave us free spot treatments, so he did acknowledge it. The carpets dried within 5-6 hours and looked practically new.

What do you like about our products and services?

I liked the cleanliness of my carpet when he was done. I also liked that
your employee was American and spoke English and was polite.

I was a bit upset, however, that I had to move my own furniture prior
to his arrival. That should be included in the price. I'm not talking about
big, heavy items like bookcases - just the regular small stuff like sofas
and chairs.

What do you like about our products and services?

The guy who came to do our carpets was VERY knowledgeable and I appreciated his honesty concerning our carpets and the stains we had. He was up front about what would and would not come out as well, and he promised our carpets would be 100% better looking after he was done. He was CORRECT! He also had some great tips for us to keep pet stains in check in the future and he did not try and UP Sell me on products I was not needing.. 100% satisfied!

We have used you twice. Both times the technicians were very friendly and knowledgeable. Even with 2 new puppies, our carpets were beautiful when they were finished.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The condo was 1100 square feet. I understood that a room to be 400 square feet therefore I should have been charged at the rate of $33 per room. Since my condo was less then the 1200 square feet, my charge should have been about $100. I was charged $149 because the tech was counting the hall and the small dining area as rooms.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

There were a few areas that I pointed out to the technician that were not cleaned as well as I thought they could be. Also, he did not set my couch on styrofoam blocks so there are now rust-looking stains on the carpet beneath the couch legs. :( I intend to call Zerorez, though, to have someone come back to correct the issues. I have been told there is a 30-day guarantee.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

When you cleaned our carpets previously they were great. This last time When 'Andre' finished I thought everything looked good. I asked him about a stain in the upstairs bedroom (I didn't check myself because the carpets were still wet), and he told me that it was gone before he even went up to clean because of the pretreatment solution. Later that night I noticed the stain was still there. Also I paid for the pet odor/stain treatment and that also is pretty much the same as before they were cleaned! Unfortunately we weren't in a position to notify you about this earlier due to family emergencies but the job this time was not equal to the last time.

Downstairs white carpet was yellowed with rainwater that came in under the outside door, and it didnt completely come clean. other than that the service was as expected, although it was much more expensive than what I expected.

The gentleman who cleaned my carpets was great. I heard on the radio the fee of $99 for 3 rooms.... When I called, the women on the phone told me there was an additional $8 travel charge. When you advertise on the radio $99, MEAN $99 and dont come up with additional charges once someone calls. It is devious to me.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

To my understanding Zerorez was suppose to leave little water in the carpets. Some of the areas done were wet for a full 24 hours. This is not what I expected.

cleans well and quickly. no scrubbing with a buffer which is not as hard on the carpet.

The cleaning removed not only what I knew was there, but also soap residue from past cleaning. And, the technician was very professional.
