Zerorez is a company who can come into your Home, Apartment or TownHouse and clean your carpets and Floors with a clear Hot Steam that will sanitize your living quarters. There are no harsh chemicals used because I have Asthma and can't have chemicals in the home! I would not be without a cleaning service like Zerorez because their program is to keep the homeowner free of toxins, dirt and dust. They are thorough in every way and I have used this company for the last five years and have never been disappointed! I highly recommend them and will continue to use them as often as needed! Maybe a call after the day of service, when carpet is dry. Unidentified issues might be found after the technician leaves.
i think there were some spots that the cleaning revealed. They are not significant, but I wish I had a suggestion about how I might treat them. I didn't expect you all to deal with them, but I would have liked an idea how`to move the bar from 8 to 9 or 10

Zerorez was prompt and very accommodating. I called asking for service ASAP after trying to schedule through their website and they came the next day. The technician was nice and knowledgeable. He gave me tips for maintenance and told me what to do if the bad smells persists.
I liked that there was no residue or residual smell after the cleaning. My carpet dried very quickly. There was a noticeable difference in the carpet texture between this cleaning technique and the previous carpet cleanings that I have had.
The results seemed very bright and clean and Jan did a great job!
The carpets did not look better after cleaning. We bought a rug shampooer the next day and did it ourselves with much better results. The money spent on the zerorez cleaning was a total waste.
Andre was very professional. He came in and did a top notch job and for the price that was quoted. I have used carpet cleaning companies in the past that quote you a price and then try to up sell you when they get to your residence. Its nice to run across a company that does what it promises. Well when Andre showed up he told me that they had me down for carpet when I was actually supposed to recieve a duct cleaning. However Andre went back to the shop to get the duct cleaning equipment and came right back and did an awesome job! He even gave me a discount for the mess up. So the technicians are great, but the office staff could use some work.
