The service was AMAZING! The carpet was cleaned as if there was never any traffic or stains on it. Best of all once it dried it didn't have that "stale crunchy" feel to it!

I was given a small arrival window so I didn't have to sit around all day. The service tech called to let me know he was on his way about 20 min before arrival which was helpful. He was well groomed and professional in appearance and manner.Carpets came out great, pet odors were eliminated and my high traffic stairs look like new again. My carpets dried quickly and they were not stiff or crunchy afterwards which I have experienced with other companies.

Be more upfront with your prices. My bill went from $99 to $275 real quick...
I was told that by upgrading to a "level 2" cleaning that most of the pet odor smells and stains from my carpet would be eliminated, which didn't occur. After the carpet dried, I used a blacklight to go over the areas where the worst of the stains had been, and they were all still there, just as dark as they had been before the carpets were cleaned.
I like the products you use as they do not have an odor to them.
The carpet dried fast and looks good. Also the person cleaning the carpet was very polite and informative.

I was given an estimate over the phone for $180. I paid $549 which is ridiculous. Stanlry Steamer did a better job for much less. Too many hidden fees with your company. I won't recommend you and won't be back.

Roy is amazing. He is attentive to detail, does a great job, cleans up after himself and is cheerful. He represents your company well. I have already recommended Zerorez and Roy specifically to three friends plus plan to use you guys at my work.
