I was pleased with the service when the technician was here and gave him good feedback in the book he asked me to sign. However, when I came home after the carpet had dried there were several yellow pet stains that had resurfaced and still smelled. I paid over $100 to have those removed. I called and left a message to call me back and fix the situation. It has been 3 days and no one has called. I just received an email stating that I had only paid for "non-guaranteed" pet stain removal and would have to now pay extra to have it guaranteed.
The teck was great but i did not see a difirenc from your product,from a lower priced company.i dont see the value with paying more for your service.win i could have payed less for the same resolt.the teck was great, and he took his time.
We've tried several different companies and Zerorez is by far the best. This is the second time that Brett Webster has done our carpet. He called before he came, he actually was early, he is professional, efficent and has a great personality. He knows what he is doing and he gets the job done right. Brett is a keeper.
We had some stubborn stains and they all came out.The service rep was so polite, Andre I believe,and was quick and friendly.

The carpet just doesn't look clean and still looks matted in places. And for 237 dollars, I expected a lot more. The worker did not tell us any instructions on what to do or expect after he finished. He hardly spoke to us at all.

My carpet were looked brand new. The traffic patterns are gone. The technician worked hard and went back over areas that he felt needed extra attention. It was greatly aprpeciated and I plan to use Zerorez in teh future.

We have not been satisfied with traditional carpet cleaning in the past. Our carpet only seemed to become dirtier with chemical residue left within the carpet. We noticed a huge difference using Zerorez and plan to use your company regularly!
Great job on carpet cleaning. Beings there is no residue I hope we can maintain a cleaner carpet now. At leased we have a great start.

The device tech, Ray, was very courteous and professional. He did his best to get our carpets clean. I just wish it weren't so expensive! :)
The scheduling time frame is frustrating-a 3 hour window just wastes to much of my time. Aside from that,the "tech" did not show up in the time frame-I called and was told he would be there in about 30 minutes or so...
I had to cancel as that did not work with my schedule-I re-scheduled for the next day and left for the afternoon. The lady I spoke with was kind and apologetic.
30 minutes of so after I left, he showed up-apparently communication was challenging that day?
The next day, he did show up on time and was efficient in his work-took him just over an hour to get the job done-he was nice and did a good job.
Upon receipt of my bill there was a gas travel charge-which I was not made aware of from the beginning-would have been nice to know up front.
Will I use you again-not sure???

I like that it's not just the same carpet-cleaning service, repackaged as a new idea. It's kind of a cheat though, 'cause I have a buddy who works for the company in Utah, so I know a little more than your average customer who only hears the radio ads.
