Thank you for doing a great job on the carpet. It looks like new again. I appreciate everything the guy who clean my carpet. He Did a really great job and didn't hassle to go over parts of the carpet that were really bad a few times.
We requested carpet repair but our carpet cleaner didn't have the right tools to do the repair. He didn't seem to want to do another trip back to repair the carpet. He was very fast and it looked great.

No soapy smell, no crunchy carpets. My carpet was not as dry as I have heard you advertise, but not a deal breaker. A couple of hours during drying time some spots of dirt seemed to rise to surface?! So I just wiped with damp towel.

Not only did i like the service, but the friendliness of these two men made my day. they let me inspect the carpet for spots and i was completely satisfied with the results!!The only problem was with the lady who answered the phone, she was very short and unfriendly. Need better customer service over the phone.

The tech was surly, I had to point out spots, he took a long time and the carpet took two days to dry. I'm pleased I tried your company again.
