Let me first say that my technician was fantastic. My carpets look very clean and I really liked the orange peel spray that was used in the beginning. However, I have two dogs and I feel like it brought more smells out of the carpet and didn't clean them away, but rather just brought them to the surface and left them there. I was hoping it would go away when the carpet dried but now I'm simply left with a stinky house that didn't smell like this before.
I was given a 6 hour window for my appointment time. He was there at the begining of that time, but left me wondering befor hand if I was going to have to wait around for 6 hours before anyone showed up. Make it a 2 or 3 hor window.
Several stained areas actually looked worse after the carpet completely dried. Several soiled, not stained, areas, still look soiled and streaked. Some of the carpet edges, where it interfaces with floor tiling still look soiled. If this is the best you can do, I don't know what you can do to make things right.
Do a good job and available
The equipment being used. The quality of the job. And especially the technician. He was very knowledgeable, worked hard, and didn't try to sell me services I didn't need.

Carpet doesn't look that much better and it is not soft as advertised on the radio (104.7). Til vacumned, carpeting felt tough and stiff.
I like the fact that my carpets are cleaned without using harsh or dangerous chemicals. I also am very happy with the person who cleans them (Brett). I cannot say how much I appreciate his caring and wanting to do the very best job that can be done. I hope he will be available for a long time. Thank you.
Price and quality
Jason Barrett your tech was awesome! Explained the entire process and left my carpet like new again and it's been almost a month since the service and still look great. I will definaty be using your service again upstairs and again downstairs soon. Thank you! You have lived up to your promise!!!!
Timeliness and product works well
I like the fact that you don't use soap. I also like the fact that the products you use take up the pet stains and they don't return. It is also nice that your employees wear booties and respect the property of the homeowners. Brett did a very good job. We were happy with the job. We have used your company half a dozen times and will continue to use you.

The process does a fairly good job. But it leaves a residue which requires a clean up. We are senior citizens and can't put in the energy required to do the clean up. You should have a follow up service to do the final cleaning.

My requested appt time was between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. At 2:09 and then 2:17 p.m. your driver and then your office called my cell phone. I was at work and had to excuse myself from a meeting to return your call. When I returned the call I told your office it would not be possible for the driver to arrive early. I was at work and had made arrangements for a family member to be at my house by 4:00. Even after I told your office no your driver still showed up an hour early. Do you listen to your customers?? It seems you do not. And because your driver finished early I was not there to make the payment and he said he could not take my debit card number over the phone so my mother had to pay for my carpet cleaning bill!! This is the second time I have used your service. The first time all went well but not this time. If you don't want to schedule appointments late in the day than perhaps that shoulds not be one of your options.
The process was quick and took only 4 hours to dry. Andreas was courteous and explained the process before he started. I will definitely use Zerorez in the future and also refer anyone else who is in need of a good carpent cleaning company.

Results and professional technician
no chemical residue left on carpets. Affordable prices. Fast service. Dry time was longer than 3-5 hours though. Some areas were more than 12 hours. (That was with AC set at 76 and all ceiling fans on high!

We were extremely pleased with how well the carpet cleaned up. We had some terrible traffic patterns, and they are barely visible now.
my carpet took much longer to dry than expected. 12- 14 hours in some spots. Previously, when I used zerorez, I don't think it took very long to dry. Traffic areas didn't come that clean
I had scheduled zerorez on a particular day and made every effort to have furniture and the area prepped and ready. The day came and the 4 hr window was gone with no call or anyone from zerorez. I called and Tori from the company answered the phone. I explained that it was almost noon with no one from zerorez here-- after looking it up, she explained I had been booked as a "floater." (Which by the way was never told to me when I scheduled my carpets to be cleaned). She then explained that she would not get out to me that day and because it was a Fri. It would now be sometime the following week. She was NOT at all concerned about the customer (who had wasted 4 hrs that day waiting) nor was she willing to go out of her way to make it up as it was her company's fault.
After pressing her, she called back with a time the following day. I had no apology nor did I get a reduced rate or a concession on my end. I was very frustrated that zerorez would not have gone overboard to make it right. I guess the 1 customer doesn't matter.
Loved that I personally got a review from Mercedes from Mark and Mercedes on Mix94.1. I also impressed with Josh and his knowledge and friendliness.
I felt like I was getting a sales pitch the whole time!! I already picked the company, I didn't need to feel pressured to buy something I already picked. It actually made me uncomfortable even if the carpet look good.
