I was disappointed that the technician did not tip the big chairs forward and clean under them. I realize that the davenport would have to be moved forward to clean under it, but I am 93 and tho I moved all the small stuff I could handle, couldn't move those bigger pieces.
Our service man was quite knowledgable about carpet construction and how to keep it clean. I am very happy with the results.

My impression of the Zerorez experience was based solely on the presentation, performance and the desire to please by the service representative, Ray Nunez. It was quite apparent to me, if I was running a business, I would want a squadron of Rays. Professional in every way, yet personable. Knowledgeable regarding every question I directed his way. The carpet cleaning was very impressive, but took a backseat to the person doing the job. So refreshing to see a young person put their best foot forward and give their employer the best possible image.
I liked service technician Jason's cleanliness and attention to detail. When he saw the condition of my carpet, he recommended a restorative treatment and informed me of the cost.
The results are very good. The blackened path ways after about 18 years of not being cleaned are now entirely acceptable, and one would need to look for the slight discoloration to notice it.
Thanks for giving this carpet another several years of service.

I was told that under the beds would be done. There are two beds and the wand does not reach under. The female who assured me of this said that the spring and mattress would be lifted if the wand didn't reach under. NOT DONE. The edges of the carpeting that touches the baseboard did not get done. Obviously, the vacuum does not get that close and no attachment was used (such as a wand to get into that area). One stain still showed after the carpet dried. The employee who did the cleaning was commendable and worked hard at doing that he was able to do. I think additional equipment is needed to provide the customer with a complete carpet cleaning.
Just a very good job! Zerorez is the only company I use, period. I have two residences. One in Southern California and one here by Lake Mead and I have always been 100% pleased with their work.
I was amazed at how clean our carpets came! Jan, the zerorez technician was great! I will call again in the future. The only issue was, when I asked how much extra to clean the stairs, he said $75 which seemed awfully high as there is only 14 stairs.

Great carpet cleaning! The carpets came out very clean and didn't have that crunchy feeling when they dried. The technician was very efficient. I would definitely recommend your service. I will also use your company again. However, I would use your service more frequently if the price was a bit lower. Overall, I am very satisfied with the results.

The guy that cleaned my carpet (Brett I think) was very polite and professional and did a great job. He was also very careful about moving his equipment around so as not to run into any walls. The last time I had me carpets cleaned by another company they scraped my walls when they moved the furniture and hit the walls with their equipment. And I did no notice until after they had left! So I really appreciated him being careful as he cleaned my carpet. Thanks!!
Our carpet was initaily "cleaned" on Monday by Brett. He showed us a portion of the carpet that would not come completely clean, but indicated the rest of the carpet would look ok once it fully dried. That afternoon we called and said we were not satisified ... we could see "track" marks throughout the house. We were told Brett could return Wednesday afternoon. That was not acceptable to us as (1) we did not want the same technician and (2) rain was expected on Thursday and we wanted the carpet to fully dry.
Long story short, ROY LEWIS CAME ON TUESDAY AND DID A MUCH BETTER JOB! He used as scrubber and a stronger solution. We suggest you have all your technicians have the same standards as Roy.

This house is 1600 square ft AND a rental, so the carpet slightly used, tho decent.
We just moved from california to nevada, 2 weeks ago, so we were dismayed to find we had to have the carpet's in the master bed & suite re-done!
The Property Manager used a different carpet service prior,(which did a very poor job)
When we requested they have the carpet replaced, they refused. However, THEN they suggested WE call you!...We r glad we did, tho we haven't had to use a commercial carpet company EVER, when and if we do in the future, we will request jan, and again use Zero-Rez Thanx Jan!
