The carpeting is left relatively dry after they finish. The cleaning is thorough. The technicians are very knowledgeable and professional. And there is "zero res" when they are done.

I am very pleased with the results. My carpets look brand new..and fresh! I did not expect them to turn out so well. I plan to have my sectional cleaned in the near future. Your company ZEROREZ is a real winner. Heard about it on the radio station MIX 94.1. So glad I took a chance and tried it. My tech guy did a really great job too.I have been spreading the word. Josh was very diligent. He could not have helped more. The process did not remove the spots as I had hoped. It was also a very wet process and took much to long too dry.
Some stains came back after a few days and it is more expensive than the others that can do the same job
My crew-cab truck looks like the seats and carpet are new. Friendly service was performed on time and it's a cool process.

the technician that was at our home was professional and informative about the process he continued to check with me the whole time he was there to make sure I was happy how things were being done I'm not sure the Zerorez process got our carpet any cleaner than when my husband cleans it with our rug doctor but the technician was able to do it faster and it dried a lot quicker the main thing that will make me a return customer is how quick the process is and how professional the technician was

you always do a great job, and have great employees. i have used you service for the last 6 yrs or so, and it's the best!
The guy had his face in his iphone the whole time we were chatting about the job, so I was not really sure he was listening to me. I prefer to see an invoice on paper before I pay. There were a few random spots which did not come out, but they were of the same material of the spots that came out, so I think he was not very careful or thorough. He missed areas near thresholds, and under the folding door in the hallway. On top of all this, he backed his truck into the awning of our parking area, so I had to deal with phone calls about that.
I'm not sure it it is entirely your fault as far as how clean our carpets were after your treatment. Our carpet is very old and worn, but overall, there was a visible difference. However, we were told when we first made our appointment that we could get the saturday right after our carpet was looked at. This was both from the tech and the woman on the phone. However, when we prepared for that day and no one showed up, we called to find out that the appointment was for a week later. This may have been our fault, but I'm pretty sure we may have been rescheduled without us being informed. The tech who came out to look at the carpet was very helpful though. Again, maybe the commercials on the radio (Heidi, Alan, etc.) may be too unrealistic in their claims, or maybe our carpet was just too far gone. First name removed H. Last name removed
So far the carpet looks great. I had some really troubled areas and they look great so far. Very impressed.

Your guy was great, carpet is clean - but not much of a different from others we had before. Your price is also higher. I dealt with several companies in the last few years they come in pair. If I was not around to help, my could have easily cancelled. I tried your company thru Ms Harris' endorsement and I was a bit dis-appointed actually not because of the quality of work, but the lack of assistance for your guy.
The area where we walk into the house from the garage is completely clean. Also, the steps are clean on the edges and the carpet looks its original color, not grey.
