Zerorez was prompt and very accommodating. I called asking for service ASAP after trying to schedule through their website and they came the next day. The technician was nice and knowledgeable. He gave me tips for maintenance and told me what to do if the bad smells persists.
I liked that there was no residue or residual smell after the cleaning. My carpet dried very quickly. There was a noticeable difference in the carpet texture between this cleaning technique and the previous carpet cleanings that I have had.
The results seemed very bright and clean and Jan did a great job!
The carpets did not look better after cleaning. We bought a rug shampooer the next day and did it ourselves with much better results. The money spent on the zerorez cleaning was a total waste.
Andre was very professional. He came in and did a top notch job and for the price that was quoted. I have used carpet cleaning companies in the past that quote you a price and then try to up sell you when they get to your residence. Its nice to run across a company that does what it promises. I will use you again and I will refer you out to people I know.

Well when Andre showed up he told me that they had me down for carpet when I was actually supposed to recieve a duct cleaning. However Andre went back to the shop to get the duct cleaning equipment and came right back and did an awesome job! He even gave me a discount for the mess up. So the technicians are great, but the office staff could use some work.
Although the price was higher than I have paid with other companies (the stairs were too expensive), I do not mind paying for better results if I can tell the difference; I was hoping for better results with the few stains that we had in certain spots.
The service technician was extremely professional.
Our tech was very polite and friendly and got right to work. Although he didn't apologize for being 30 minutes late, he gave us free spot treatments, so he did acknowledge it. The carpets dried within 5-6 hours and looked practically new.
I liked the cleanliness of my carpet when he was done. I also liked that
your employee was American and spoke English and was polite.
I was a bit upset, however, that I had to move my own furniture prior
to his arrival. That should be included in the price. I'm not talking about
big, heavy items like bookcases - just the regular small stuff like sofas
and chairs.
The guy who came to do our carpets was VERY knowledgeable and I appreciated his honesty concerning our carpets and the stains we had. He was up front about what would and would not come out as well, and he promised our carpets would be 100% better looking after he was done. He was CORRECT! He also had some great tips for us to keep pet stains in check in the future and he did not try and UP Sell me on products I was not needing.. 100% satisfied!

Friendly and knowledgable technician came to my home. He was efficient and did an excellent job!

The condo was 1100 square feet. I understood that a room to be 400 square feet therefore I should have been charged at the rate of $33 per room. Since my condo was less then the 1200 square feet, my charge should have been about $100. I was charged $149 because the tech was counting the hall and the small dining area as rooms.
