I like the products you use as they do not have an odor to them.

I was given an estimate over the phone for $180. I paid $549 which is ridiculous. Stanlry Steamer did a better job for much less. Too many hidden fees with your company. I won't recommend you and won't be back.

It took over 24 hours for the carpet to dry sufficiently to put furniture back. I'm waiting another day to be certain. I didn't realize that I was being charged for the spot remover until I received my e-mail copy of the bill. I wouldn't have purchased it for $15.
No chemicals or soaps
I was told that by upgrading to a "level 2" cleaning that most of the pet odor smells and stains from my carpet would be eliminated, which didn't occur. After the carpet dried, I used a blacklight to go over the areas where the worst of the stains had been, and they were all still there, just as dark as they had been before the carpets were cleaned.
