Brent was very capable and did a great job. We were very happy with the results.
My carpet still has some spots, there is still a slight dog odor, and there are still some "crunchy" spots from where my daughter dropped yogurt. I have a touch up session on Monday, so hopefully that will all be fixed, but it's still disapointing because I was hoping to get my furniture back in my house.

I have been in the carpet industry for 25 years and you just can't clean carpets with soaps or any other chemical. The Zerorez way is the only way to clean and your carpets stay cleaner a lot longer because there are no surfactants attracting dirt back to the carpets.

I get a different price everytime a different tech comes out for pretty much the same cleaning routine-I always have the protective coating put on but this time, it had to be sprayed on top of the carpet as an afterthought because the hoses had already been put away-so the carpet didn't feel soft and fluffy-it looks and feels matted down and even my brand new vacuum couldn't fluff it up-I hope it doesn't get dirty faster because of spraying the coating on top-the tech said normally it's put on via the hoses?
The service you did on the carpets looked great. Would use you again. I did not like that over the phone estimate I got was $335.00 and when the tech was there he told me it was $384.00 . Was. Of happy about the $50.00 differance

Zerorez is a company who can come into your Home, Apartment or TownHouse and clean your carpets and Floors with a clear Hot Steam that will sanitize your living quarters. Maybe a call after the day of service, when carpet is dry. Unidentified issues might be found after the technician leaves.
i think there were some spots that the cleaning revealed. They are not significant, but I wish I had a suggestion about how I might treat them. I didn't expect you all to deal with them, but I would have liked an idea how`to move the bar from 8 to 9 or 10
