I like the fact that you leave no residue so there are no crunchy carpets the next day. I also like seeing the steam coming from your equipment. It makes me feel like the carpet is getting sanitized.
I like how efficient and effective you process is on difficult carpets. This is the third time I have used your service to rehabilitate a carpet in a rental house I own. Your service has permitted me to extend the life of the carpet that was destined for early retirement.

Unfortunatelly, I had a RAT! I keep a clean house and was very unhappy that this rodent
chose my home to live. Eventually, we were rid of this visitor, but not before he left
us gifts of urine, feces, and blood. Now home is clean and sanitized thanks to Zerorez!

I was disappointed in the fact that you said you could get rid of the smell urine smell. Your tech sprayed something on it, but said if it didn't work we'd have to get something different. He aso he'd call to see if he could someone out to try to take the red stain out. He didn't. It's too late to do anything now as it was a rental that we have moved out of.
Very friendly service . Would have liked for blood spots to be more fully removed . Did not come out all the way . Also when stated a 30 min notice I would have liked that window not for the driver to call and be 5 min away .

My tech was extremely efficient and very friendly and did a wonderful job (as usual) on my carpeting. My carpeting looks and feels new! Thank you so much!
First of all I waited for 5 hours for your tech to show up when I had asked for earliest possible. Second, I was very dissappointed with how my carpet looked. It wasn't raked and it was left clumpy. I was told it would take about an hour to an hour and a half to do and he only spent about 35 mins actually cleaning. I felt he rushed out because he was so late. He did give me a discount because he was late but that didn't make up for my evening activities that I had to miss because my carpet was still wet. I had to sit up until after 11:00pm to wait for my carpet to be dry enough to walk up to bed. There may not be any residue in the carpet but it doesn't look as nice as the prior times I have had it cleaned. Very disappointed and I will be going elsewhere next time.
Give a more accurate a priori impression of the cost.

Tech was very nice and professional and on time. Areas that required more attention were taken care of even though it took much more time. We will continue to use Zerorez and recommend them to our friends.
1. Cleaning is not a thorough as with other systems. It took a second treatment to improve the look of the carpet in the doorways. Problem is not the degree of dirt, but that the pile(?) is more flattened in these areas and the cleaning action does not reach all fibers.
2. Other systems make the carpet more fluffy and soft and look more like new.
Your technician, Roy Lewis, is amazing. He goes above and beyond. What a wonderful representative for your company. We always ask for Roy.

Timely and excellent service. Our carpets have not looked this good since new. They are fluffy and odorless. Even our dog loves our clean carpets. The Service Man was thorough, professional and very personable. We will never use anyone but ZeroRez!
The work done is unbelievable and amazing. We had very strong, almost considered as permanent stains, now they are gone. WOW! The technician Bob was so professional, and did a great job.

The quick drying time and the great job your technicians do. I do not like the 5-hour window time, though. I don't know why you can't pinpoint an appointment within two hours. Seems you don't value the customers' time - only your own. It could result in my switching companies.
I liked the results having no residu remaining on the carpet. I had a terrible pet stained carpet and the odor was horrible. At first I didn't think it worked after the carpets were cleaned but the next day the smell was completely gone and the feel of the carpet was soft and clean.
Servicemen are courteous and well trained.
The carpet cleaning is better than anything else we have tried in our 50 years of marriage.

Our first experience with you was great! This time it felt more like other carpet cleaners I've dealt with in the past. They use a radio special to get in the door and you up sell from there. I was anticipating spending $250 to $275. His first bid was $450 after talking to him for a little while he came down to $350. He also offered a sealer that keeps the carpet cleaner longer. This additional product/ service was only an additional $100. I ended up feeling like the bad guy. I really like what you do and how your system works but at the price I can only afford to clean my carpets once a year and that is pushing it.
