You do a great job.
They did a great job with the stains and were very accommodating with our schedule. They went the extra mile and we really appreciate it.
No soapy smell, no crunchy carpets. My carpet was not as dry as I have heard you advertise, but not a deal breaker. A couple of hours during drying time some spots of dirt seemed to rise to surface?! So I just wiped with damp towel.
I love how clean my carpets are. Roy showed me the difference and I was amazed at how much dirt was in my carpets.
Ben informed me of the products naturalness and i liked that alot. He gave me lots of details and answered my questions. Ray was also very helpful and polite. Not only did i like the service, but the friendliness of these two men made my day. they let me inspect the carpet for spots and i was completely satisfied with the results!!The only problem was with the lady who answered the phone, she was very short and unfriendly. Need better customer service over the phone.
The service was great. The process was explain to me thoroughly and the results were beautiful. I will using Zerorez in the future.

Last time I used your company I was not impressed and almost didn't use you this time because of it. The tech was surly, I had to point out spots, he took a long time and the carpet took two days to dry. I'm pleased I tried your company again.

Fast drying time
The service was AMAZING! The carpet was cleaned as if there was never any traffic or stains on it. Best of all once it dried it didn't have that "stale crunchy" feel to it!

I was given a small arrival window so I didn't have to sit around all day. The service tech called to let me know he was on his way about 20 min before arrival which was helpful. He was well groomed and professional in appearance and manner.Carpets came out great, pet odors were eliminated and my high traffic stairs look like new again. My carpets dried quickly and they were not stiff or crunchy afterwards which I have experienced with other companies.
