You advertise that the carpets will feel softer with your patented water formula, after the cleaning my carpets went back to feeling hard again. When I called your office I was told that due to previous carpet cleanings with detergent it may take a couple of cleanings before I will feel the difference. Why would I use your service again if I didn't get the results I expected the first time.

I loved the fact that the carpet was soft & not that crunchy feeling after it dried. My carpets came out beautiful!!! :) I was very pleased with the service, technician & the end results of my carpet. I will definitely use Zerorez again...

Compared to other cleaners Zerorez is expensive, so I expected better results. The technician had to come back the very next day to redo my bedroom. When they got to my house the senior technician felt my dining room rugs were too wet from the original job done 24 hour prior. He warned that it could cause mildew. He recommended that while he was in my home that they sop up some of the water by redoing my rug. We didn't want that as we were expecting company for dinner.(the table was set)He said it wouldn't be a problem....but it was a problem because my guests had to step on the wet carpet.....Guess what??? stains plus the original stains reappeared. The technicians were courteous. But my dining room rug doesn't look any better. I think Zerorez should redo them, but I didn't want to complain again.

There was an issue with the first cleaning - much dort was left . The corrective visit resilted in the clean carpets we have come to ecpoect from ZEROREZ.
Very clean fast drying. Workman was on time, which is rare in Vegas.
The cleaning product/equipment does an outstanding job. Rug looks new. Rug dries within 8-12 hours which I love!

Great service..... very happy HOWEVER I was given a cost of $73.00 on the phone for my stairs ONLY. When tech got here it went up to $99.00. Other than that happy with the job.
You clearly have trained, informative professionals working for you. Our tech was very knowledgeable and did a great job.
Zerorez can improve by working on their communication a bit better. Example, when saying you will come in on a Thursday and don't show up till Saturday without a notice is unacceptable.

It seemed as though the technician was in a hurry to get done as we were his last house of the day. He was done in like 20 mins and I can't even thoroughly vacuum the area he cleaned in 20 mins. I just feel like the attention to detail was not there and that the carpets were probably not cleaned as well as they could have been.
