the quickness and good by tech
Treated very well by everyone. Techs are friendly and hard working when on the job. Love the no residue or order left behind. Our janitor also appreciates not having to go behind and clean the bottom of all the desks in the company because of being water spotted. Glad to have a working relationship with your company.
My carpets turned out AMAZING!! I'm glad I gave the company a second chance. I thought I was going to have to replace my carpet but it looks as good as new, I LOVE it!!
I really liked the fact that your representative, Brett, showed up on time (early!), was dressed professionally and very friendly. He also knew alot about our specific type of carpet. The carpets looked great when he was done - my husband keeps remarking that the carpet on the stairs - a problem area in our house - looks brand new! I love that the carpets dried quickly and aren't at all "crunchy", so to speak. We are already planning to have the upstairs done in the coming months.

I only tried your service because of Mike O briens commercial. Which was three rooms for $99.00. And his recomendation that your water technology was great. Well $ 185.00 later, I truly feel that I could have done exactly the same as I have with my Hoover cleaner. Or any other that I have tried in the past. So much for your NEW technology,spray water in try to suck it all out. Carpet will look like crap in two months.
Carpets come out refreshed immediately.
Our Carpet cleaned up like new and we hadn't cleaned it for a long time.
The carpet stayed soft and new feeling and did not get stiff like others do and the stains did not come back.
I used to use Stanley Steamer all the time and after using zerorez, I can see that zerorez is far superior to anything else I have ever used.
The Technician was wonderful and friendly and did a perfect job.

When I called about the three rooms, I was told that since I had a small living room that was L shaped into a dinning room it would count as one room. When the young man came to do the carpets he told me it was counted as two rooms, not one, even though it's technically an L shaped room. Therefore, my office carpet was not cleaned, as that area was in need.
The carpets look very nice and the tech was professional. My only dislike is that the equipment (hoses, etc)that is used leaves scrapes and marks on the corners of the walls. If protection was used on the corners that would be great.
Better clarity when it comes to your pricing. First of all the offer I heard on KXNT Radio in Las Vegas was for 3 rooms, full treatment, for $99.00, however when you go online your website only offers a $129 charge for the 3 rooms. Also, the pricing of the stairs is a little confusing, usually it is per stairway not per stair. I understand there are some people that only have 2-3 stairs, then don't you think you could just throw them in, how much work can it be? Other than that the technicians were very nice, professional and did a good job. I am satisfied so far with the results, howwever, there are a few pet stains that did not come out and I might have to have you come back out to retreat. But I was aware of that.
Speed and quaility of work.
The cleaning was done quickly and my carpets were dry without any sticky feeling afterwards. Our carpets looked brand new!
It says an area rug is $4.50 online but I was charged $30. After going back into your website I see it is hidden that that's actually per square foot. It's deceptive and I don't like it. Everything else was fine. It's just shady. Say the price up front. I would have still had the rug cleaned for $30.

I apologize for the delay I wanted to wait a little while to see how the cleaning realy was. A month later I am still pleased with my carpet. Thank you for offer such good service at a good price.
The fact there are no chemicals and/or soap products used. My carpets look every bit as good as the day they were installed and they are so soft. This was a wonderful experience.
Price is a little high, but if it stays cleaner linger it will be worth it.
