Carpet looked great after was cleaned. Heavy traffic area showed dirt after a few weeks of being done. You came back and re cleaned that area

I like the work that was done by Ray, he explained what he was going to do in detail and what the charges were going to be. He did a very good job on our floors. When he finished I ask him to go next door and give them a bid which he did. JOB WELL DONE

Your service Rep. was very considerate and made sure we were satisfied as he cleaned. The product had a clean scent and is not strong . The carpet is very nice, he did an excellent job as far as I am concerned. I already recommended Zeroez to my friend. She will be calling when she is ready to have her carpets cleaned. I plan to use this service again next year. I am very pleased.
Don't know about your products, but the results and service are all I care about were great. You've been to my home on 2 different occasions for 2 different problems and I'm competely satisfied.
My carpets look and feel great and the technician that came out to my house was very pleasant and knowledgeable of the products and gave me tips on how to care for my carpets on my own.

I dont see your method of cleaning as being any better that other cleaners. I was left with some small black spots that didnt come out
