your prices are very resonable, the techniciansthat came to the house were very efficient and finished the job very quickly and did not push a lot of additional charges on me and offered to clean a small area rug for me at no additional charge. The carpets came out very fluffy with no chemical smells. I will definitely have them back to clean my other rooms.
Our rugs look great though they stayed wet and furniture could not be moved back until next day which when making the appointment that was not expressed to us
The tile in the office and restrooms is not clean, the technicians left a mess out side the restrooms in the hallway. Part of the quote was for an area rug that the technicians said can't be cleaned? The carpet that was cleaned in the apartment was good, on the other hand the office carpet is just okay at best!
I had planned to call Doug McKee today but just could not find the time. My boss Myra Caspa was in today (Area Manager) and I suggested that we should take ZeroRez off of our approved vendor list.
The people we dealt with from the person answering the phone to the sales person to the tech were all professional and kind.

There is a spot on the bedroom carpet that didi not clean up very well. There is a bit of adhesive that we used to keep a rug from slipping that did not come up. We would appreciate your returning to work on this spot.

My older carpets always look & feel amazingly clean after Zerorez. Knowing that nasty chemicals aren't used in the process is such a relief, especially since I have pets. The quality & timeliness of service is great as well. Your technicians are always friendly & I never feel any 'salesman'-type pressure from any of your employees. Your 3 rooms for $99 deal is an excellent value!

The two technicians that worked my home were both very polite, friendly, intelligent (!!!), thoughtful, good communicators, and efficient. I was very impressed. I have some carpet cleaning/floor care experience in my own background and know what's involved...they were very good. Your all around efficiency level, office staff to technicians, was very good and professional. Carpet cleaning has evolved since I was doing it and your ionization process sounded very interesting...and it obviously worked! Thanks much. Patrick B. Stout
We called Zerorez after having had a nightmare experience with another well-known company. When the other company was finished cleaning our carpets, all looked good until about 3 weeks later, when we noticed a greyish tinge to the top fibers of our carpets. We vacuumed constantly, to no avail. Four of the rooms that had been cleaned didn't appear too bad, but our master bedroom looked terrible, dark spots, carpet looked crushed where it was walked on . Zerorez tech Anthony explained that our issues were caused by the other companies using soaps & their failure to remove all residue which was attracting dirt & oils from shoes, feet & our pets paws. Anthony cleaned our carpets, & we asked for the protector to be applied. Amazing job, professional & knowledgeable tech who answered all our questions . My daughter who has a condo also had her office & stairs cleaned, as she was going to change her carpet due to the pet stains from housebreaking her dog. She also had used the other company, & for 7 -10 days afterwards the stench of pet urine was overwhelming, even though the carpet & stairs looked clean. Again Anthony explained how & why the other company did a poor job. He cleaned & used something that not only removed the stains, but afterwards, the carpet & stairs smelled fresh & clean with no order whatsoever . We highly recommend Zerorez & will only be calling them for all our future needs.

The technician immediately tyried to upsell us becasue our coarpet is a light tan color (he called it white which it is not) and when we refused to be charged additionally, he spent 31 minutes, cleaning 3 bedrooms, a hallway, a dining area and the lving room. I have heard great things about Zerorez and that is why I decided to give your company a try at one of our properties. We were very disappointed with attitude of the representative of your company and the results of his cleaning were less than acceptable. The compnay we have used for the last 20 years spends almost 2 hours cleaning the same house using a dry chemical process (Star Chem Dry).

A follow-up call to see if your customer is happy with your services would be a good move. Also, friendlier staff to book the appointment with.
I usually use Chem Dry, but my son in law raved about your company. It smelled great and the carpets still look fresh after 2 weeks.

It worked well this time. Our carpets are pretty clean and have stayed that way. Our tile floors are better than they have ever looked.

The cleaning was excellent, and it left a pleasent odor in our house. Our carpet is 12 years old and when your employee finished I was very pleased with the results. It was even better then the last time we had Zerorez clean our carpets. Keep up the good work!
Products are great, no crunchy carpet and good for the environment and my home after not having carpets cleaned consistly, their products got stains out. Jason was upfront and honest with services.
I like the way the carpet looks now, and I liked that it was soft and not "prickly" when the job was done. The techs were simply wonderful. They were friendly, and neat and tidy and worked hard to get the job done right. It was nice to have such gentlemen in my house. I will be using Zerorez again in the future.
