ROY WAS VERY PERSONABLE AND CONSCIENTOUS
on time, did a great job.
Roy was very nice and so far we are thrilled with the results........the stairs look great and they were a mess. Sometimes the spots return, I am hoping they are gone for good. The agent/technician that did the job was very good. He explained everything and was honest
& open. That alone is worthy of my recommendation to others. I must say that the service
is a little pricey as the results seem to be about what they are with other Companies. Maybe if we got rid of Obama & Harry things might not cost so much.

First off, technician was very professional, polite and thorough. He did an excellent job on 2 of the 4 rooms. Unfortunately, the carpet in our master bedroom was only OK and, while the casita carpet was quite soiled, he was unable to get it cleaned to my satisfaction. He explained the fundamental problem in getting these carpets as clean as the other rooms, but the bottom line is - he was unable to get 2 bedrooms as looking good as I expected.

Your associate was very thorough in examing and analyzing our carpet and discussed the best treatment with us in detail upon arrival. The end result was simply amazing, and the value of the service was far beyond any other carpet cleaning service we've had in Las Vegas. The associate was very personable and truly acted as a professional throughout the cleaning process. And not only was the carpet cleaner and more odor-free than any other service, it dried in about 1/2 the time promised! We have already begun recommended Zerorez to our family, friends, and co-workers.

I paid almost 500$ for my carpets to be cleaned. I paid for two pet spots to be removed and one smells badly of urine. One room had 3 spots of cookie that didn't look like they were even touched. I really wanted to be satisfied esp w the amount I paid.

Ellis was great but there was no brush on his truck. I needed 2 of my carpeted areas brushed.
