The price was high, I thought
All my carpeting dried in 6 hours. THere was no smell and and the carpet looked new even thou it is 10 yrs old.
The operator was very efficient,friendly and accomodating. I appreciated is service.
The tech that came out the second time to fix the problem , his name was Roy and if it was not for him we would have disputed the charge !

Go over heavy traffic areas a couple of times so they look as clean as the other parts of the rugs. All in all he did a nice job.

He did a fantastic job of removing terrible stains from not only my carpeting, but also a sofa, loveseat & 2 oversized living room chairs. My furniture looks like new even tho they're at least twelve years old and have never been professionally cleaned before.
