Andrew was the technican that came to our home to clean our carpets. He was extremely professional and very friendly. We asked him alot of questions and he was very gracious in answering all our questions. I knew he was very busy and probably had other jobs after he came to our house but he not once showed that he was annoyed by our questions and explained every detail. We plan on using Zerorez in the future because our carpets look brand new even though our carpets are 14 years old. Your company should be commended by hiring wonderfully professional that really knew what he was doing. He even took time to play with our little dog. Next time we have our carpets cleaned we're diffenently using Zerorez and asking specifically for Andrew. Job very well done. Thank you

Water everywhere!!! It would be nice to not have puddles on tile next to carpeted areas. Also, the technician said it would take 4 hours to dry and it took about 40 hours to completely dry (and that is with windows opened & air conditioning turned off). It was VERY wet and I feel the water could have been suctioned up more. The technician was nice, but very fast. Also, the stains came right back the next day. My husband wants me to ask for our money back (since he has heard the commercials). I would like to see if another technician could get the stains out permanently. I know that the carpet was very bad and it would be a miracle if your company can get it clean, but let me know if you want another try!

I wasn't really disappointed, just not especially impressed, either. The tech who came was great, no complaints about him whatsoever. I had heard a lot about Zerorez, and I guess I was expecting more. I had three small areas cleaned; some spots came out, some didn't, just like any other cleaner I've used, it took several hours to dry, just like other services I've used; the price was $99 for the three rooms, and actually a little on the high side compared to others. One nice thing was while appropriate services were recommended, there was not the merciless hard sell that turns me away from other vendors. So I'd say Zerorez was OK, but nothing fantastic, and I'd probably make my next cleaning decision based on price more than anything else, as I cannot detect a great difference in outcome.
I like that you don't use any soaps or chemicals.
Carpet was really bad with pet stain. I paid way more then I expected to pay, but the carpet looks amazing. I just hope it stays that way for a while.
Great service, commitment to testing it right. When we thought there was still a stain left, Zerorez sent the associate back out. Our carpet looks great.

I was told it would cost me only $105, but I was charged $182. It was a very small house, I told them it was a single story less than 1600 sq ft house, 2 small bedroom and a small den, I was told when I called that it will only be $105 for that small house. I'm a Realtor and I have several rental house, I was hoping I can get a fare price from you, but I was very disappointed. I hate to be gouged at the last moment. I assure you that I'll tell my office and all my associate of m experience with your co.

although some pet stains could not be erased i WAS HAPPY ABOUT HOW SOON THE CARPET DRIED.i LIKED THAT HE DIDNT TRY TO UPSELL and actually adjusted the price quoted me downward afterseeing the area.

The carpets look great, the technician was great too. I am just disappointed that I called and specifically asked for a day that would allow me to be first on the list. I spoke with a woman who assured me that would be the case. I was disappointed to find out that after I had made that appointment another person was placed in front of me. When I called yesterday morning to inquire why the technician wasn't there yet, I was told that they put a "quick estimate client" in front of me and that he would be there very shortly. He didn't arrive until 10:15 - I feel like Zerorez is doing a bit of a bait and switch or "say anything" to get the appointment booked and it is disappointing.
All of the extra fees were not discussed prior to coming out. I would not have used the service if I had known that I was going to have so many extra charges. Carpet came out clean and cleaner was nice, I just felt like every little thing was extra and if I wanted it the price was double. Not good.
Your service tech was professional and worked quickly and efficiently. The carpets in the home we recently purchased were filthy from the previous owners. The Zerorez cleaning process made the carpets look new again. Thank you!
