We had the grout cleaning in our bathroom and shower. It looks so much better than before!

Andrew and Danny came out at the time stipulated to have work done. Courteous, professional gentlemen who worked efficiently as a team. Andrew looked at a seam repair that was done by another company which looked like the Grand Canyon section of the Hualapai Nation. By the way, my Spouse (Scottish) ran the other company off with a flurry of expletives that had him running out of our house like he was on fire. Both Andrew and Danny gave us very good advice on care of carpet and after conferring more we have decided to have the ductwork cleaned by Zerorez. Our twelve year old carpet looks and feels like it is brand new. As a Retired Chief Warrant Officer in the military, I have had quite a few dealings with employees and I can say without reservation that these two Gents are TOP Notch. We are certainly and extremely satisfied with the cost and the job they performed. We asked specifically for them to come back and do the other rooms on 19 December. Andrew made it happen and repaired the Grand Canyon seam flawlessly. He then proceeded to clean the other rooms forthwith. These two Gents are very valuable to have as employees, (Especially Andrew). Zerorez has gained a permanent customer of us and we will definitely recommend Andrew and Danny from Zerorez to our friends and neighbors. These Guys were great! Again, Thanks Andrew. I've found that the real results of carpet cleaning come out 3-5 days after. Good job but I'm waiting a couple more days and after a vacuum to decide if the work was as good as advertised. But, it's looking good at this time.

i'm very happy with the work and service we have received from Zerorez
sent someone to finish the cleaning that i paid for and this time have the person really try to clean the carpit not just wet the floor and tell me that it will dry in 4 to 5 hours leaving the floor drity and wet. 24 hours later the floor is still drity and looks not finished

For one I feel like you guys false advertise the advertisement was four rooms cleaned four 119 the technician stated that it was three rooms not four when it clearly said on the advertisement on the radio that it was four rooms for 119 and I felt like he did a very quick job and left he did not move any furniture or any of the little end tables to clean underneath he just went around them i'm just very disappointed in your service this is the first time for me using you guys I don't know what you guys want to do to make it right please give me a call if you want at Phone number removed
