Took care of pet issues
Very nice service men. Love that zero residue means my carpets don't attract dirt after being cleaned! Best carpet cleaning service I've ever used, however the costumer service woman who books the appointments is extremely rude and could use a few lessons in manners.
Soft clean carpet that lasts. They also did an outstanding job on my sectional. Definitely a customer for life.

Our carpets looked brand new after they were cleaned. Anthony, our servicing technician, was professional, quick, efficient and very knowledgable of our carpets and rugs. He exceeded our expectations.

Brandon was awesome, very nice, English speaking, when he was about finished he asked if he could go over any areas that look as though they needed it, there was one spot that had blood from my mother's head hitting a table, he used something out of his truck and with one squirt it was gone. I will use zeroes again.
No chemicals, carpet is soft after it dries. Gets all stains out.

The technician did a good job a little fast for my taste he was done in just under 30 minutes which leads me to believe he did not spend adequate time in the areas needing the most attention. He said some stains may reappear to me that is the same level of clean I can get from any random carpet cleaner in the Valley. Today is 7 days since my cleaning, and yes some small spots are back! in some areas the carpet had a crunchy quality I was told the water system would leave no soap residue so why the crunch? I honesty waited a long time to use Zerorez my daughter insisted and paid for it and neither one of us is blown away.Good yes...Great I am still not thoroughly convinced your carpet cleaning is any different?
Very friendly and professional. The carpet was beautiful after cleaning. The only thing I would like improved was to have the furniture moved. Missed an area that was dirty. But I should have checked. Overall it was a positive experience.

The price for one room was about $100. Granted it was a big room but that is a bit much for one hour's worth of service. The guy did a great job though.

EXCELLENT CLEANING AND FRIENDLY STAFF.
Tech was very nice and seemed trustworthy. However, i was very disappointed and agry when my wife was treated very rudely when she called the customer service and asked about the use of a Oreck Steam mop to clean up residue after the grout color seal work. The rep shouted at her and claimed she ruined the work performed and stated they would have to do it again and that she would have to pay for that. She was upset to tears. The tech asked her how she normally cleaned her floors prior to the service and stated that the use of the steam mop was fine. But when she cleaned the floor of the residue 2 days after the service, she thought the sealer was smearing so she called the company to inquire about having the tech come back to look at the floor. When she explained the concern she had she was shouted at.
I hope this never happens again.
