I am very disappointed. The work was fine but the tech said there would be additional charges for oversized room, closets, sanitizing etc.- not 3 rooms for $99 as you advertise. If your ad had mentioned that there might be additional charges, no problem - but this is an upsell and I think it is VERY misleading to the public. I don't like it and I'm sure nobody else does either. I WON'T be recommending Zerorez

Have tried other cleaning services in the past. Zerorez is the best, doesnt take long to dry and everything looks new when the rep is done. The rep is very informative and nice. Will never use anyone/anything but zerorez. Thanks again for the years of great service.

I guess that when I had other people clean the carpets, they included the dining area as part of the living room. The carpets still look and I will use Zeorez in the future.

If it costs money to operate the van to do the cleaning then it is the cost of doing business.
To advertise a price and then say...oh by the way there is a charge for fuel to operate the equipment is false advertising regarding the actual costs. A good company does not need to operate in this manner.
As far as the work, we are happy with the results and the person explaining everything they are doing and what to expect in results.

You do a great job. I think some consideration should be given to room size. I live in a condo with very small rooms (living room is 10x10). The tech pretreated, cleaned and protected 3 rooms in about 15 minutes. Charge was $170. That is very high for 15 minutes. Thank you. First name removed Maizel

The cleaning products all rugs and carpets are exceptional. The service is wonderful and is why I continue to use Zerorez. We have 3 large oriental rugs and have found no company that brings these rugs (with fringe) back looking brand new. With other companies the rug would look nice but the fringe would look like it had never been touched, much less cleaned. I love Zerorez made even better when they have their $29 per room. If we decide to sell our home we don't have to replace the carpeting in our home - we will call Zerorez and the carpets will look new.

We are trying to get all the residue out of our carpets from other companies..zeroez is doing an excellent job..
