It started from the moment I made the call to the call center. The rep seemed annoyed in answering any questions. When I told her that, she told me i could call back and speak to another rep. Then the manager I spoke to was just lukewarm when I expressed my concern to her. I really hoped the guys who came to clean would change my impression about the company but they were not that great either. First, I have a sign clearly posted on my front door that requests no shoes be worn in the house. Well, they obviously thought that didn't apply to them because they both came in with shoes on. I had to be put in the uncomfortable situation of asking one of them to wear shoe cover. Then you would think that tech would tell the other guy but no, I had to ask the other guy the do the same. Finally, I was under the impression that because the company used "power water" rather than chemicles that my carpet wouldn't have that crunchy feel, well it does have that yucky crunchy feel. Over all, I am completely underwhelmed by Zerorez and would not recommend it to anyone. I really bought into the local radio personalities raving about the company only to be highly disappointed after spending just under $600.
Ben did an excellent job, was courteous, and recommended cleaning of our sofa and it now looks great. We will ask him to do two more chairs for us. Please contact me to schedule a date and time.
there's nothing I don't like everything about your product is wonderful.
There is 1 thing that I wondered about this time when you came it was so much more professional the carpet actually got clean I think the 1st time the guy didn't put in the right stuff because it was dry within an hour & didn't look clean but this time it took 6 hrs
& it is very clean & he got up some spots the other guy said couldn't come up. also I didn't get credit for a referral I made. Bonnie Dalton

The two men who worked on our carpet was very very plesent to talk to. thay were reconmended from a good friend in boulder city.so glad i went with zerorez

Your tech was very nice and considerate and when the rugs dried it wasn't hard to walk on. all my spots came up and the carpet looks brand new again.
The tech, Jarod was great. Very informative and gave us options. The carpet is clean and wasn't soaked, like other companies have left our carpeting in the past. There is one area that has drag marks across it from the vacuum/water suction tool. The marks won't disappear, so I don't know if that's an issue from the extractor or our carpeting, but it doesn't look right.
Danny Rector did an amazing job cleaning our carpets and sofa. Never had results like this with any other company. Danny explained the process to us as he went along.
We have some issues regarding staining on our travertine. Hope they can be resolved.

Very nice service men. Love that zero residue means my carpets don't attract dirt after being cleaned! Best carpet cleaning service I've ever used, however the costumer service woman who books the appointments is extremely rude and could use a few lessons in manners.
