My house smells amazing and wow it looks beautiful! I've tried several other carpet cleaners in the valley and I will never use anyone else again but zerorez.

Your Technician, Andrew Gulliford, did an excellent job listening to what I requested to be done. He explained the cleaning process and did an excellent job cleaning my carpet. He was very professional and was trained very well in his job.
Brandon was curtious and did a good job quickly and no odor! I am very allergic and every onther systen brings dirt up and then perfumes it... that is terrible for my allergies. I had a great experience and as a Realtor I will recommend you in the future. Name removed
Very friendly workers and answers all my questions with a caring attitude. The only concern I have is to fully explain on your mailers about pricing , because when given a phone quote of one price and you add say protectant it seemed to shock and awe me. Don't get me wrong I love your business but please explain in mailers what upgrade may cost Ok. Loyal customer believe Me !!!!

False advertisement about your "special" water... carpet felt stiff and did not remove spot like the advertisement said.. Had to get it redone and the carpet technician was not happy that he had to redo it. Overall terrible job...

Carpet is very clean. Cleaner than I expected. The person cleaning the carpet worked very hard to get out spots and checked periodically with us for feed back.
Lack of professional attitude. Price was too high.
the tech is very professional and friendly. the carpet doesn't have that stiff feeling after it dries. I have a rainbow vacuum-and when I vacuum after it dries, the water is still clean, I know the carpet is clean. I like the idea of giving me little footies to wear when he leaves.
The cleaning brings back the original feel of a new carpet.

I love the fresh clean carpet after your techs are finished with the cleaning. The last cleaning lasted a year. My carpet was filthy--at least I thought so. I laud your praises to everyone who mentions carpet cleaning. I have referred several customers to you recently. I firs heard about your service when Heidi Harris was a wwell-known, well-respcted KDWN commentator. The only negative comment I have as it pertains to my past visit is that your technician asked to use a customer's private restroom on entering their home. There are many options for them. There are service (gas) sations on every corner practically and also McDonald's and other fast food restaurants. I find it rude to ask to use a customer's restroom. There seems to be plenty of time between their jobs to use a public restroom appropriate to their vicinity. Thanks you for asking my feedback.
