You could provide your customers invoices at the time of service, not say one will be emailed to you. I thought I was paying $50 to have my recliner cleaned, my invoice said $55!! I do not believe this is a good business practice and I will be sure to ask for an view of my invoice before charging it if I ever use you again.

I was truly amazed. Your employee was on time, did not push unecessary products on me and did a fantastic job. I had a horrible pet stain problem throughout my entire house. Your process got 90% of the stains out of my carpet, much more than I expected. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who is considering having their carpets cleaned (and I have already) Excellent job, thank you.

I am a first time customer. I liked the professionalism....from the first contact on the phone to schedule the appointment...the follow up email and the 2 representatives that arrived to clean the carpet.
Your pricing was higher than expected. The ads said pre treatment and 3 rooms for $115 I paid $99 for. 3 rooms and apparently dog treatment is much more so I ended up paying $180 which I couldn't afford so it was more than I expected to pay
The service and quality of work is excellent! My service man was professional, knowledgeable, on time and efficient. I think zerorez is a wonderful way to clean your carpets. I like the fact that chemicals and detergents are not used to clean the carpet. My house is clean and ready for my holiday company.

Anthony did a great job and most all of the stains were removed. The carpet looks so much better now.

Tech was very nice and seemed trustworthy. However, i was very disappointed and agry when my wife was treated very rudely when she called the customer service and asked about the use of a Oreck Steam mop to clean up residue after the grout color seal work. The rep shouted at her and claimed she ruined the work performed and stated they would have to do it again and that she would have to pay for that. She was upset to tears. The tech asked her how she normally cleaned her floors prior to the service and stated that the use of the steam mop was fine. But when she cleaned the floor of the residue 2 days after the service, she thought the sealer was smearing so she called the company to inquire about having the tech come back to look at the floor. When she explained the concern she had she was shouted at.
I hope this never happens again.
