Couple spots left that I think other company's would get out.
The Tec was very friendly.
With a sensitive family member to chemicals, the fact that he has no reaction after Zerorez after a completed cleaning is all I need to keep calling you for return visits.
My carpet is ten years old. I have taken excellent care of it, having it cleaned at least once a year(sometimes more). I expected that the dirty spots on the carpeting at the left couch be cleaned as good as the ones at the right couch. They were not.
I do not expect you to come out and setup to clean what is not that big a problem. Otherwise, I am very pleased with the job on the rest of the carpeting. I will use you again, however, I would like better attention shown on all the carpeting.

There wasn't any pressure to buy additional services/products. The tech was very professional and arranged for us to be able to go out to breakfast while he did his job, and then locked the house up. Made arrangements to have him call us so we could give him a credit card number to pay for the work.
Job was done very professionally.
1. The initial cleaning was not to my satisfaction. After the carpets dried and were vacuumed, several times, streak marks were highly visible on carpets in all 3 rooms.
2. I called the compliant department the next day around 9:00am and was told that the Manager would return my call. This did not happen and I had to call back. At that time the Manager said she did not get my initial message and would have the driver return, which he did around 7:00 pm.
3. Drivers should be familiar with all types of carpets to avoid this problem in the future and should not be in a hurry to complete a job due to the lateness of the day.
4. Receptionist or person answering phone calls should make sure all messages are delivered to the manager in a timely manager to avoid the customer waiting until the end of the day to have carpet problem corrected.

The Tech's were courteous but I didn't think the pricing was right. They did our carpet and it wasn't a lot of square feet to be cleaned mainly just traffic area's but they made up for it when they added cleaning our kitchen floor it just seemed the price was very steep and they said this was extra and that was extra which wasn't explained to us on the phone.
Once again we could not be happier with your company and your employee. Anthony was very professional and very courteous. He was great. Once again thank you. We'll be calling you again for our next carpet cleaning service.

It cleans beautifully and its not full of chemicals!! We had a room that had been used to the max. It was a TV room then it was a bedroom! The carpet was horrible, but it cleaned and looked fantastic!
Technician showed up on time, he was knowledgeable about the work he was performing and was very professional. I have heard your commercials for many years; glad we finally called and experienced the service just as advertised. I run a big business in the market and will defiantly recommend your services.

Able to remove stains. My carpets look brand new. Plus, you technician arrived early, which was very welcome. Most companies are not very punctual, much less early. You can use my name but only if I get a price break on future services.
Too high priced... $270 for very little cleaning. Will never do it again!
What ever your process is, it works. Even though one small area had to be gone over a second time I was very happy with the results. Both young men who were here to clean were courteous, efficient and left no mess behind. This was my first time using your company but will not be the last.
