This was my 2nd time using Zerorez. I have been very happy both times. Roy Lewis Crew was my service man this time and he was really great!
Your guys are clean, respectful and thorough. My carpets almost look new again:)
First off -- my carpet appears to be as clean as new. Sometimes you pay for what you get. With Zerorez, although more expensive than the other service I used, my carpets are clean. Why pay for carpet cleaning and be dissatisfied? My technician, Dave, was polite and explained the process he was using.
Seemed not to be as clean as I thought. I had on white socks while the carpet dried and the socks showed dirt on them.
Excellent cleaning job, took out most stains.
Bobby is the best and he is the reason I return. Always does a great job!

Friendly, quick, and lasting
It seemed like Doug, your operator knew what he was doing. I was surprised at the call back needed to take three spots off the cleaned carpet. I point out these spots when we did our initial walk through. I almost felt it was done on purpose to try to sell me a process. It was not a deep dirt spot. I did not appreciate all the upgrade selling he did when this cleaning was already the most expensive cleaning i have ever paid any carpet cleaner in the past. We had two spots in two different locations he had to work on.
I am certain you do commercial cleaning on a fixed price basis, and my household carpets are a lot cleaner than most commercial carpets you do.
We are on a budget for household expenses so I must seek services that are in the price range to the quality I am looking for.
I would probably use Zerorez again, but would ask for another carpet cleaner operator.
I think Doug is " burned out" in doing this job. My neighbor across the street just moved in last year and asked me who I would recommend. I gave him your phone number last week.
If he calls, send him an operator that will stick to his price. He is also a budget minded homeowner.
Incidently, your truck was also leaking oil fluid on the street which you should fix the oil leak. it will save you money on replacement oil also......

The extra steps that are taken to insure a good job. Seems to dry faster and without the stiffness I am usually left with.
The technicians are very knowledgeable and professional. Tori, in the office, is very friendly and accomodating. The carpets and tile always come out amazing and stay cleaner longer! This was my fourth job I had Zerorez do for me and if it's up to me they will be the only company I'll use!
The products work, they got the smell completely out. The service was top notch.
I thought my carpet was ruined. My dog had the runs all over the carpet. I am so impressed with your service that I invite friends over just to see how wonderful it looks.
I like that the the spots don't come back. No odor after you clean. Dry's quickly. The person that cleaned the carpet was trustworthy, I didn't need to worry about leaving them alone in a room. He came in clean and neat, told me what he was going to do for the money, and didn't try to ask over and over if i wanted additional things done so that the company could make more money. I have had Zero Rez clean 5 times now and was very happy every time.
Roy Lewis is very knowledgeable, and gave me some great ideas about what Zerorez could do for me in the future. I would definitely suggest that anyone who has a cleaning need, and especially those with asthma or other allergies, contact them for an evaluation of how they can help keep your home clean and comfortable.
