NO smell or fragrance after carpet and sofa steaming and "scotchguarding"!!! Everything was very clean feeling and smelling. Tech was also very professional and efficient. Also very knowledgable about process and product as well as other services offered your company. I will be calling back for other services as needed.
Bob was excellent. He recommended products we didn't even know about, but needed. Additionally, we felt comfortable enough to schedule the duct cleaning on Tuesday.
Promptness and service
I totally understand overhead and margins but your rates were close to being too high for this market. I can still, happily, recommend your company. The technician performed the work carefully, competently and in a reasonable ammount of time. The carpet drying time after seemed very quick as well which added to my overall satisfaction.
I like that you don't use soaps and chemicals that will leave a residue. Your technician was prompt and he cleaned my 3 rooms quickly. My carpet was dry before my children got home from school!
