No harsh chemicals
Our ten year old carpeting came out better than we expected! At first I thought it was time to replace it, but after seeing the job that Brett did on it, we were glad we called Zerorez again.

timeliness, professionalism and way of cleaning
Jan Wallace was very professional and a hard worker. He applied pet treatment to one of the rooms. Unfortunately the pet stains reappeared. :-(
Can this be fixed?
I like that it's all natural...this is the first time our dog has NOT been sick after we've had the carpets cleaned, so I'm very impressed. Also, the gentleman who came to clean our carpets was just that, a true gentleman. Impressed with your product and your service - carpet looks and FEELS great! Thank you!
My carpet looks great. The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable about his job and carpet. He was realistic about the results and worked very hard to get the best results.
Your employee was very meticulous. He did a terrific job.
The carpets are not terribly wet, they don't have that crunchy feel when they are dry and you are always able to get the stains out. Roy the technician is friendly, helpful, always courteous and always on time. Wouldn't have anyone else clean our carpets.
I could really tell the difference in my carpet and it didn't get all crusty like it has with other cleaners. I was extremely pleased with the service. Anthony was very knowledgable and was able to answer all my questions. He did an incredible job and went above and beyond just cleaning our carpets.

your tech Anthony said the carpet was clean and the stains are still there customer service is the worst ,lieing about carpet been dry when he is done came back 2x still claims the carpet has no stains

No odor, dries quickly and looks like a brand new carpet. Another plus was Andrew, he was very personable and respectful.
I gotta admit to everyone, I was more than just a little bit skeptical in the beginning,"empowered water" no soaps, no chemicals, yea right how's the carpet gonna come clean without soaps and chemicals? But you know Jerod Phipps from ZeroRez of Las Vegas he started to work his magic on our dirty, dog living in the house, carpets which hadn't been cleaned in maybe two years and it wasn't to long after he got started that I was made a believer.
Jerod called about 1 hour to tell us when he'd arrive. He arrived when he said he would. After putting his booties on and canvased our one level Las Vegas valley, 17 year old house that still has the origonal lite colored carpets in it to see what the job entailed and immediately after that got to work. Jerod pre treated those areas that the dog spends her down time in, I thought those area's would never come clean. Well after he was finished the house looks like someone came in and installed new carpets!Jerod is well versed on all the cleaning equipment that his truck is equipped with. After the completion of the job the carpets remained only slightly damp, which is to be expected, not soaked like with others that I have used in the past and dried in about 3 to 4 hours, not 24 hours.
The bottom line here is this, in this town where you get what you pay for, can you go cheaper?---sure you can, will the end result be what ZeroRez of Las Vegas achieved in my house? --- In my humble opinion probably not. The choice is yours. Treat yourself to the best, you deserve it! ZeroRez
