The carpet feels really clean and looks great. Got out pet stains and smells fresh but not scented. Still after a few days too!!! Dave, our tec was really respectful, nice and had a great sense of humor! Will use again for sure....Love it!!

Cost of cleaning the stairs is a little higher than I was quoted by another company but have had you in my home before and felt I could trust and ensure the work. The other company quoted $4.00 per stair/riser.

to clean three rooms 129.00. To spend 10 minutes cleaning my couch 100.00 You have the best in the business, might as well take advantage while you can--Roy was great technician. I would have had you clean my mattresses but I don't even make 100.00 in 10 minutes and I am a PA-C in Las Vegas. You guys have a great product, thank you for your service.

My carpet came out looking almost new again. They were able to get out alot of stains that I thought wouldn't come out.
Please tell the man who cleaned the carpets and furniture at 2924 Faiss Dr on Saturday that he should only write on the white sections of the bill!! He wrote on the darkened lines as well as the light lines which has caused me much distress since we cannot read without great difficulty what is written on the darkened lines! I had to make copies for the other Realtor and the Buyer of the home....what a problem.
Please instruct him on how to complete the bills - not to write on the darkened lines- cannot read!
Otherwise he did a great job.. Very expensive but good work. You get what is paid for and I always can rely on Zerorez. Don't I get a better break one of these days since I recommend your company throughout Sun City - you are on our Sun City Village Voice as recommendation and I refer many Sun City owners to your company. I have you clean all of my listings and sales. Yet I'm still treated like a first-time customer.

Customer Service, effective cleaning
Work was done quickly, wiht very little down time for our family. Our carpet looks beautiful and the tech was very polite and helpful.
Your representative, Doug, was very friendly and extremely professional. Our carpet looks nearly brand new. I found Doug to be honest in his evaluation of our carpet and his capabilities.
Although your services are a bit more costly, they are worth every penny.
I felt the service was very costly. Our office was much more like a residential job. I think we should not have been charged more than $100.00. The quality of the service was excellent and Roy the servicer was very efficient and competent.
Pet gaurentee was not as described on the phone. Estimate was done over the phone as worst case scenario and technician wanted to run the price up from there. Had same problem as with other carpet cleaning companies, stains came bac after 1 day. Will not likely use this company again as the prices were higher than most and results were about average.
Clean, non- chemical process of cleaning. Leaves no residue.
