Wow my carpets haven't looked so good. My technician was great and I would totally recommend zerorez to anyone!
i'm very happy with the work and service we have received from Zerorez
sent someone to finish the cleaning that i paid for and this time have the person really try to clean the carpit not just wet the floor and tell me that it will dry in 4 to 5 hours leaving the floor drity and wet. 24 hours later the floor is still drity and looks not finished

For one I feel like you guys false advertise the advertisement was four rooms cleaned four 119 the technician stated that it was three rooms not four when it clearly said on the advertisement on the radio that it was four rooms for 119 and I felt like he did a very quick job and left he did not move any furniture or any of the little end tables to clean underneath he just went around them i'm just very disappointed in your service this is the first time for me using you guys I don't know what you guys want to do to make it right please give me a call if you want at Phone number removed

I think you did the best you could do with your cleaning products. The man who was here was very helpful and pleasant.
You don't use chemicals and I believe for garage floors that are soiled there is a need for cleaning chemicals. Did not realize before .
