Our technicion was Doug. He was very helpful and very informative, quite different than cleaning services we have used in the past. We intend to use Zerorez again.

I love the value on the carpet cleaning, but paying 175 to wipe down and apply conditioner is not worth it. you are much better off doing that yourself with diluted simple green then Lexol conditioner.

My tile looks fantastic! Doug was very professional and courteous.
The process makes our carpet stay clean longer.....as much as twice as long. I do not know the the theory behind it,but it does not attract dirt.

You left the carpet as clean as it would be had I done them myself which is why I chose your company but the cost makes me wish I had cleaned the carpets myself.
Well, first the tech was friendly, had a very good personality amd was on time. The cleaning service was great and the carpet looks newly installed. He also took the time to explain what ZeroRez was and how it worked.
The carpet was dry in a short time unlike a normal cleaning when I would have to leave the house for hours while the carpet dried out.
All in all, you run a great service. I have not one complaint.
Dave is great, we always ask for him. I am always amazed at how great the floor looks when he is done. We have saved so much money by getting rental carpets cleaned. instead of having to get new carpet.

What I liked most about Zerorez was the fact that once my carpet dried it was not stiff and hard I could actually sit on my floor and it felt and smelled clean and soft,with out fumes and such. I was quite happy with my rep Roy who immediately put shoe protectors on before coming into my home. He asked me and my husband if we were satisfied with the carpets, we saw a spot he missed and without hesitation he went over the entire carpet again. Well done Zerorez and thank you for all your good work and product!

I was very happy with how my carpets turned out and happy to know there is no soap residue that will attract the dirt. I also had my Canterra stone tile cleaned. It is a porus natural tile. The cleaning did wonders. My technician recommended that I seal the tile to protect it but he did not have the sealer with him. He was able to reschedule a few appointments in order to return the next day to reseal. When I looked at the kitchen floor the next morning I noticed a dark stripe near the sink. I called Roy and told him that I thought a spot was missed and I didn't want to put the sealer down if the tile was dirty. Roy called me back when he got to my house and said he recleaned the entire kitchen floor a second time and then put down the sealer. When I got home from work I was so happy to see the finished product and was so thankful that Roy went above and beyond to make sure the floor was perfectly clean before he sealed it. I am a bit of a perfectionist and I am very happy with how everything turned out.
Only problem is a few pillows were buried when furniture was moved and were not cleaned. Otherwise the cleaning process was superb
I have used your service on some occassion and as a Realtor in today's market most homes need some form of service, based on my previous experience I always make it a point to give out your company information. On this last call, your service rep was rude to my wife because we had a discrepency of price from my phone call to the actual service amount after previewing the home, I felt the service was not the best or no extra effort was given to removing some of the stains.

THEY WORK!! Have used Zerorez since we moved to Las Vegas 2 years ago. Had used the other major carpet cleaning service for years in Sacramento and when we first moved here. Noticed a big difference in how Zerorez was able to get out all of the stains,including the pet stains, and the other did not. Have not had to call Zerorez for a do-over on any of our carpets. And they dry very quickly. The Kitchen granite has never looked better.
I was referred to your services due to the high tech cleaning capabilities. I didn't expect to hear an upsale pitch for "tougher" stains.
Way too expensive. Did not like the window of three hours for appointment. Carpet looked about the same when you were finished.

I really like that you don't use soap or chemicals. We used another company the last time we had our carpets cleaned and the whole house smelled like ammonia. With Zerorez, the house smelled fresh and clean and the carpet looks like brand new! I will recommend Zerorez to all my family and friends and will continue to use your excellent services!
I asked him to push a couch (not with a sleeper in it and not heavy) and clean under it, he acted like he was doing me a major favor outside his normal job description and that I was really pushing it. Then he put 4 blocks under one of my armchairs. When I asked him for for 4 more blocks to put under a table, he said he was very short on blocks and had 4 more customers to take care of. Your site says you will help move heavy furniture. Have used you in the past, but this was the last time I will ever need your services.
Considering the age of the carpet and having a pet, the carpet came out looking great!! The smell, even though treated was minimal..and the dry time quick.
I like the zero product smell no harsh chemicals. And the service was fast and efficient. Love the air. Purifier in a jar too.
Your staff and services were outstanding. I live out of town and called to make arrangements for carpet cleaning with your company . Torri was very informative, pleasant and helpful. On the day of the carpet cleaning Doug contacted me and went over the areas and the cost, he was very thorough, friendly and professional. He also called me back when the work was done to go over the work completed. That weekend I drove down and got to the see the exceptional work that was done to my carpet. I never imagined that it could look that good. Thank you very much for your service. I own 2 rental properties in Las Vegas and plan on using Zerorez in the future.
