found your employee very sloppy with chemical spray and chemical puddles left on tile in kitchen. Also chemical container leaked black spots on white carpeting in Nevada room off kitchen. He did not spray chemical on spots only ran over it with final vacumn. Also upon leaving he emptied liquid on road in front of our house leaving a large stain. I talked to someone in your office about all of this shortly after. I have used your company many times and have always been impressed with the professional way I found your employees. If these black spots start showing on carpet I will expect service on these spots.

my floors look like the day the tile was laid - Bobby and Bret were very professional. I felt very comfortable with them in my home. They were on time, their appearance was clean.

My carpet has never looked better after being cleaned. I had many, many spots ( including pet) and they came up. I thought I would have to buy new carpet, but now I don't. I am thrilled about the money I have saved.
I recommend Zerorez to my friends all the time. I have my surfaces done twice a year and over time I've had my carpets, tile, chairs, couches and area rugs done (even the mats in my car!). Not only are the services great and the work well done, but the service team members are wonderful. They take pride in their work and are careful with your home by protecting the walls and furniture as they move around. All around great value.
I like theway my carpet feels and looks after the cleaning. I have had several different cleaners over the years and youare the best.
David, the service guy was very nice. You could improve by lowering your price...I've NEVER paid so much for carpet cleaning. I was disappointed that so many of the stains reappeared the very next day.
When I heard your commercial on the radio it sounded as though your service could remove all stains in my carpet. The carpet looks good but the shadow of some of the stains are still there. Your Tech. explained that some stains will not come out completely and why this is the case for my carpet. I will use your service again on other properties that I own but I will not expect to get the results that I hear advertised on the radio. The Tech. that came to my home was very professional and pleasant to deal with. I would want to use him again.
I've had you guys come out before to treat pet stains and were successful, this last time, however, left majority of the stains and scent. If I'm paying such a high extra cost for pet treatment shouldn't it have solved my problem? Anyway, I felt like the tech just ran through the job so he could hurry to his next job for another comission. I won't use zerorez again unless you guys feel like returning to do the job properly at no cost, as I believe I payed for services I did not recieve.
