serviceeaple were very good at what they do. My kitchen grout was 20 years old, was very inpressed how it looks almost brand new. My carpet in the hall way had a lot of wear . but it came out ok.
How clean everything gets
Your employees were cheerful, competent and ready to answer questions. They did a wonderful job. The only thing I was disapointed in was I had a repair that they were not prepared to do. I had told the scheduler about the repair hen I scheduled the appointment.
The cleaning is superb
my carpets look almost new again .Jan was polite and listened to my requests to try to get the edges clean again. We have had other carpet cleaners but from now on will always call Zerorez
the use of alkaline water
The area at the dining room table looked like it had not been cleaned and also a area in front of a chair in the family room area.

Carpet dries quickly. Anthony cleaned our carpets. your prices are very reasonable. He was very professional, answered our questions about keeping the carpet clean. I would definitely ask for him next time.
This is our first time using Zerorez and the house smelled good when it was done and my carpets look great
there was no strong chemical smell or residue. the carpet was really dirty and didn't come clean when the other company "cleaned" it when I moved in. now it is as good as the carpet in the closets. the employee that did the work explained the system and graciously answered all of my questions. he was polite, thorough, and cleaned up after himself. his professionalism and workmanship was outstanding. I willnot use any other company but zerorez in my home again. thank you so much

We like no chimicals since I have a terrible time with chemicals. We like how great our carpets and runners look as
well how great the tile in the kitchen cleaned up. We also like Name removed who was very easy to work with. He is a hard
competent worker. (Very well informed about carpets.)

It started from the moment I made the call to the call center. The rep seemed annoyed in answering any questions. When I told her that, she told me i could call back and speak to another rep. Then the manager I spoke to was just lukewarm when I expressed my concern to her. I really hoped the guys who came to clean would change my impression about the company but they were not that great either. First, I have a sign clearly posted on my front door that requests no shoes be worn in the house. Well, they obviously thought that didn't apply to them because they both came in with shoes on. I had to be put in the uncomfortable situation of asking one of them to wear shoe cover. Then you would think that tech would tell the other guy but no, I had to ask the other guy the do the same. Finally, I was under the impression that because the company used "power water" rather than chemicles that my carpet wouldn't have that crunchy feel, well it does have that yucky crunchy feel. Over all, I am completely underwhelmed by Zerorez and would not recommend it to anyone. I really bought into the local radio personalities raving about the company only to be highly disappointed after spending just under $600.
Ben did an excellent job, was courteous, and recommended cleaning of our sofa and it now looks great. We will ask him to do two more chairs for us. Please contact me to schedule a date and time.
there's nothing I don't like everything about your product is wonderful.
There is 1 thing that I wondered about this time when you came it was so much more professional the carpet actually got clean I think the 1st time the guy didn't put in the right stuff because it was dry within an hour & didn't look clean but this time it took 6 hrs
& it is very clean & he got up some spots the other guy said couldn't come up. also I didn't get credit for a referral I made. Bonnie Dalton
Deceptive price on card and too many missed dirty spots.
The two men who worked on our carpet was very very plesent to talk to. thay were reconmended from a good friend in boulder city.so glad i went with zerorez
The carpets are not crunchy after they dry,and everything dries in a few hours.
