After I vacuumed yesterday the downstairs floor still looks dirty. It is only slightly better than before it was shampooed.

Wipe away/clean the residue and streaks left on my wood flooring after the carpet next to the wood was cleaned. Didn't love being told my house has a bad smell, even if it does. There may be a more tactful way to say it???

The product is far superior to the competitors. What makes this process stand out is the Customer Service of your technicians who actually come and clean the carpets. The two gentlemen that showed up were extremely polite, professional and very attentive and thorough. When I initially called for my appointment the lady that answered was not helpful at all. She said she didn't have anything for slightly over two weeks out. Because of her lack of caring and poor disposition, I called back to see if another person would be more pleasant and helpful and I spoke with a gentleman that said "We absolutely can fit you in before that". He scheduled me for two days later. I was going to call another company due to my phone call with this woman. Companies cannot afford to loose business so your employees are your key to success. I recommend that the person answering your phones and scheduling should TRY to be accommodating as possible, she was not at all.
The quality of care taken to remove animal stains and restore our carpet to looking like new. Also, the men were very knowledgeable and impressive with cleaning.
On time - friendly service guy - Brett - Clean - did not make any messes - our carpet looks great.

My carpet is always perfect when the tech leaves and stays that way for most of a year. I must also say that this is the third year I have had your servces and Roy Lewis is my tech of choice He is extremely knowledgable and gets the job done in a speedy and professional manner.

The young man who cleaned our carpets was very professional (seemed to know exactly how to do his job). He was friendly and explained, before hand, what he would do and the cost. He did a good job and the carpets look great. We quizzed him about the company and he was most laudatory in telling us he loved Zerorez and that the company "was the greatest."

Service was amazing! Very happy with the outcome.
It was good service except the one spot I wanted to get rid of is still on my carpet. I was not at home so I don't know if my husband pointed it out or not. Everything else was fine.
The service technician bradon was professional friendly and knowledgeable. He provided me with several solutions I was not previously aware of. He executed his duties perfectly, I couldn't be happier with the results! He is a credit to your team.
