Provide a smaller time frame window. 4 hours is a long time. I could have gotten a lot done prior to their arrival time.

Best carpet cleaning we have ever had and we have tried them all.
If you say we will be first on the schedule, and say the schedule is "8am-1pm", we expect you at 8. We got up early and did all the prep work, and the tech didn't get to our home until 9:45am. We called at 8:45 and were told he was gassing up. Either your professional slept in, or he squeezed in another house before ours.
