Carpet cleaner did a great job! Pet deodorizer did not work very well for us.

Scheduled an emergency carpet clean with no hassle. I explained my problem (pet mess) and the ladies in the office quick scheduled a tech. He showed up fast, took care of business very professionally and at a fair price. Thanks Zerorez. Good work.

Thy did n excellent job, I highly recommend them and I'll certainly request them the next time I have my carpets cloned. The technician was super friendly and very informative. I love everything about the product. Also, the service tech was very timely. The only thing I would have to comment on is that I was quoted $107 or $108 and it ended up being $136 because I had to pay for an extra "room" so he would do my hallway. I was already paying for 3 rooms (all upstairs) and the hallway upstairs is fairly short, but it came out great so I'm not really complaining. I completely understand having to charge extra, but I think it would be a great idea to add a question to the list of questions the representative on the phone asks when making your appointment pertaining to any "extra" areas. So in addition to asking "how many rooms?" I feel they should also ask, "are there any extra areas? Hallways, stairs, etc." just so you get a more accurate quote. From reading your reviews on Yelp it appears misquoting is a common problem, so quite honestly I was already mentally prepared for there to be an "issue" with the price versus the quote since I'd seen it appear in so many customer reviews. But like I said- my overall experience: the quality of the service, the product, etc. was amazing and definitely worth the value!

It is quick to dry and the carpet cleans up easily with just a wet wash cloth.
I had my sofa, loveseat and chair cleaned and they look like brand new furniture. The carpets look great too!

the only problem I had was that the time line. I got a call that the technician, would be arriving between 6-6:30 but did not get to my home till 830. my time line was 4-6pm. the gentleman was working alone and I believe u should have a team for large areas and single for small areas so I don't know how you set it up but I finally got my carpet cleaned and he did a good job.. So thank you .
