It is wonderful to walk on the carpet without any residue after being cleaned and dry.
There are no chemicals used so it's safe around kids and doesn't leave a residue or a bad smell. I also love that it dries quickly and stays clean for a long time.
I have already recommended Zerorez to a friend. The service was prompt and very efficient. This my third time for using Zerorezn and it will NOT be my last.

Jason cleaned our carpets. He was great. He worked very fast, and removed all of the stains. The carpet dried a lot faster this time too.

Your one man did an excellent job, but I think perhaps if you hired one more, even at minimum wage, it would offer greater capabilities and maybe even help you lower prices.
Your product, as is, is superior to competition, but being on fixed income it's hard for me to afford.

This is a rental and I did not expect all the stains to be removed but I did expect a little more then a 45 minute job and some stains to have a least faded to some degree. I listen to your add on Marc and Mercedes in the morning and I love the idea of no residue left behind but if this is the result then maybe it needs more time or chemical and a good scrubbing. The cost was a hundred and forty dollars and I think it could have been much better. Name removed Email address removed Thank your for time.
