A verry through job. The tech [Jerod] was very kind and friendly. My carpet looks like new!!!!!
I found a couple of dirt spots that didn't come completely out, I know it's difficult because I have light carpet. But on our beige carpet that is new since last June, some areas seem discolored but it could still be wet. Otherwise I like the idea of not strong chemicals and a clean rise, I've used Stanley Steamer for years and am willing to give your company a chance. Andrew was very informative and liked his service, I would request him again.

Service Agent was very thourogh and offered other available options and services with clear explanations and quite credible suggestions. Service was timely and quite unobtrusive. Carpet looks beautiful; home was left with a fresh clean scent.

Your service was excellent and the gentleman who provided the cleaning, Anthony, was a gentleman.
The technicians were polite and friendly. They made sure I knew when to expect them (within 30 minutes) and that I was happy with the result before they left my home.

Make sure your techs us hot water every time. I can see a big difference between the times hot water is used and when cold water is used.

Great job by your guys. Professional all the way. My husband had just had a hernia surgery 2 days prior and was instructed not to pick up anything heavier than a gallon of milk. I requested there be 2 men come to help lift and move rugs. Thank you, thank you.....both men did a fantastic job. I will call Zerorez in the future to clean my grout. Good job guys.
