I understand the water procedure. Could it possibly be a drying mechanism that would take the wetness away from the carpets to dry quicker than six hours?
My carpet is almost 20 years old and light gray. Other carpet cleaning companies have done good jobs with it but it seemed to get dirty quickly after their cleaning. When Zerorez cleaned it it looks like new. It looks bright, feels clean and fluffy and the clean lasted.
That the carpeting drys fast. We both feel the carpeting should have been raked while it was still wet. Even after Anthony came by this Tuesday and raked the carpeting, you can still see lines in it from when he was here on Jan. 11th. We will request that the carpeting be raked while it is still wet the next time we have you come out. We never had these lines when we had it done back in Nov. of 2012.
Good clean, no residue
I like the associate (Arthur) who was very professional, very clean, and extremely polite. I like the product, as it cleans and I was able ro replace the chairs drying overnight. The equipment was first class. Thanks Zerorez
It is wonderful to walk on the carpet without any residue after being cleaned and dry.
There are no chemicals used so it's safe around kids and doesn't leave a residue or a bad smell. I also love that it dries quickly and stays clean for a long time.
I have already recommended Zerorez to a friend. The service was prompt and very efficient. This my third time for using Zerorezn and it will NOT be my last.

Jason cleaned our carpets. He was great. He worked very fast, and removed all of the stains. The carpet dried a lot faster this time too.
