you get the carpet clean
I like the steam cleaning because I feel the carpet is clean and sanitized, but it took forever to dry, about three days before some of it was completely dry.

I paid for pet stain treatment and all he did was spray something around the house. In the past zerorez has worked on each stain that were apparent along with the spray treatment. I feel we paid one hundred dollars for some precious overpriced liquid to spray our carpet.To much, I may try someone else next time. I really wanted the carpet cleaned.

Really liked the service technician. I think his name was Brandon. He was able to get most of the stains and wear patterns out for me. Very happy with his service and he was very nice.
The stains in the carpet were not gotten out completely.
The carpet came out great,the tecs were knowledgeable and friendly.
the only thing I did not like was I made an appointment two weeks in advance and was not first on the list for cleaning. Maybe next time.
