Overall very good service and the carpets look great. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone, we had our carpets cleaned before and they never looked as good as after you cleaned them. Having 2 big dogs you can imagine that we have to get them cleaned regularly. Going forward we will continue to use your services. Thank you.

No harsh chemicals, dries quickly
The service was excellent. Tony was polite, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable about the product and end result. The carpets look lovely. As for the products used, it has only been less than a week since the cleaning. Hopefully, the dirty areas will not show right back up as with other systems. If this happens, you will surely hear from me. Right now I am completely satisfied.
Tony had a big job to do. We had NUMEROUS pet stains. He carefully identified them, and treated them appropriately. Though some had been there for a while, they seem to have come out pretty well. Because many pet stained areas had to be saturated, it has taken quite a while to get the carpet dry, though Tony had advised me of this. Also, I have a large wool area rug I wanted cleaned. Though It had been cleaned on site by another company, Tony informed me he would need to take the rug to your facility and have it cleaned correctly. I will do that soon. This is the second time I have used Zerores. I will be calling again when the need arises. You have a great employee in Tony.

There are about 3 or 4 black spots that didn't go away and one area where our puppy used to potty that looks as if it wasn't touched
