I like that you don't leave behind soap residue which will eventually end up attracting more dirt. It is my first time using your company so I am hoping that your method really does end up making a difference in having my carpet stay cleaner longer.
Did a very nice job
It was advertised on your website (at the time of service) that the air ducts would be disinfected. It did NOT state that was an additional charge. The service person wouldn't honor that. We didn't get it done. The service person didn't have a camera available to look in the air ducts. I wasn't asked ahead of time if I wanted the camera or not. I did want the camera. Most of my questions couldn't be answered over the phone so I had to wait to ask the service person on day of service. He just seemed annoyed

Carpets appear very clean. Your service person, Anthony, very professional. Explained questions I asked him.
No chemicals. Most of the carpets cleaned was softer than before.
I think the service itself was very good (the cleaning). I think the prices were way more then they should be. My last cleaner cleaned almost as well as yours did, however was 100.00 dollars cheaper..needless to say I will be going back to him.

I like the fact that the carpet does not now contain a large quantity of chemicals, soaps, etc., which will just quickly pick up dirt. Also, it is very clean, soft and fresh. It looks better that I ever thought it could... especially the stairs. Your service technician, Andrew, was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I already have recommended Zerorez to two people.
My carpets loosk like new...they dried fast...the gentlemen were very nice and I have recommended zerorez to 3 of my friends already.

Have the capability to invoice for services to businesses. Give instructions on recommended drying time prior to scheduling. If carpet goes under a door, ask to open the door. Leave care instructions in writing.
