You didn't disappoint me. The service man was great but after letting the carpet dry, there still appeared to be some tracking which is not the problem of the cleaning but of the carpet itself.

The only reason we rate Zerorez a 9 is that we were disappointed with the 1 rug (out of 8) that you were unable to remove the dye that had run from an old coke spill on the persian carpet; we appreciate that you felt it best not to continue with cleaning the rug and refunded our payment because further treatment might make things worse. As it is this carpet looks much better overall. Thank you for all the efforts and wanting to get feedback. We are extremely pleased with the overall result of tile, upholstery and carpet cleaning.
I like that harsh chemicals were not used and there was no soapy residue leftover. In addition, my technician Kamil, was very professional, courteous, and hard-working. He was also very knowledgeable as to the types of stains and how to treat them. When I use your service again, I would ask for him by name.
