Excellent Service
After I talked w/ some friends, I found out that $400 was way overpriced for a job that took less than 1 1/2 hours. While one problem area looks great-I thought more of the other areas would come up. It almost seems that I spent a lot of money on just a super powered vacuum job.
Clean cut, professional technicians.
I've never heard of cleaning the carpet only in the traffic patter! i.e. not move anything to clean room better. Some spots were missed.

My carpets were far cleaner than I expected them to be with your service. The only thing that did not come clean was some dried paint, and that is to be expected. Outside of that, they look brand new. Will use your service again for certain.

Service was great. Roy was very professional and helpful.
The spots were not removed in any of the room. The entire room was not cleaned. It was a very sparse cleaning and very expensive for the wool carpet. I am very disappointed and would like to speak with a manager about this situation. For $800, I expect the entire rooms cleaned and the spots removed.
Shorten the estimated time frame in which the technician is to arrive. Our time frame was from 1:00 to 6:00 PM. He arrived long before 6:00 but it's still a lot of time to monopolize for customers. Thanks

Friendly service, on time, great results
The service man was polite and professional but I still have some areas that look soiled. The carpet is only a year old and we don't wear shoes so I wonder if the Zerorez process is really effective
The product is organic and chemical free. The service Brandon gave was friendly and efficient.
