A bedroom closet should be part of the price to clean the bedroom. It shouldn't be left uncleaned.

I have used your carpet services numerous times in the last 3 years which I have been extremely happy with the results. However, Andy serviced my rugs yesterday and with regret, I'm NOT happy with the results. Upon my return, in my family room he did not clean the dirt off my rugs as I expected. It's dirt that should have come clean.
