Jan was Awesome very Professional when I need my Carpets done again I want him to Do them.I was quoted 146.00 and ended up paying 240.00 A little pricey,But Jan came out and fixed the issues,Also tell Doug Thank you for fixing the tile.

There is no chemical residue on my floor. Since I have owned my home (15 years) I only have Zerorez do my carpet cleaning. They are simply the best!

Your products work , especially on pet stains.. I have used another well known company who did not do as good a job. They also were very persistent in trying to sell you other services. All the technicians are very professional, and actually take pride in the services they provide. Unique in today's world.
On kxnt 100.5 FM the announcer said that you don't try sell additional stuff and of course you did. The
N I was told that the use of a brush would cost extra. While not a real bad bait and switch, it was an extra charge. Precisely what the announcer said you would not do.
Great job cleaning the carpet. Jered (not sure if I spelled that right) was very polite & helpful, definitately knew what he was doing.
Spots still showing & carpet still looks dirty. My aunt First name removed is very disappointed.

Fast and very great service!
I was very disappointed, I explained to the individual that answered the phone that the previous owners had dogs and there was a lot of air on the carpet. I explained that I would pay extra because I really needed the carpets to be clean. After they were cleaned the entire house smelled like a wet dog. Once the carpets dried I vacuum and got two full canisters of hair just out of one room. Soooo disappointed $500.00 down the drain!
Your tech Andrew was great, Courtious and thorough. The carpet looked great (it was in good shapeto start!) but it made a difference. The drying process was good.
love your product, using water verses chemicals make sense and is good for the home and environment. Your staff was friendly courteous professional and on time.
