System worked extremely well in cleaning my carpet. Most all soil and stains were removed to look almost new again. Employee, Anthony, was excellent. Best carpet cleaning service I have ever had. Will use again and recommend to anyone wanting to have their carpets cleaned!!!

If you say we will be first on the schedule, and say the schedule is "8am-1pm", we expect you at 8. We got up early and did all the prep work, and the tech didn't get to our home until 9:45am. We called at 8:45 and were told he was gassing up. Either your professional slept in, or he squeezed in another house before ours.

No residue--clean
The idea that there is not a lot of soaps and chemicals left in my carpet and that it is healthier for me and my family.
The product did not take out the odor as well as I thought it would have.
