I have been a customer for many years. I am not happy with my last service. It was for carpet cleaning, the tech asked if I wanted to do my tile. I told him another (zero rez) tech had tried and told me the best thing to do would be get new tile. Stanley Steamer had also tried to clean it and I showed him the damage. He assured me that there was new technology and zero rez would stand behind the work. After doing the kitchen the tech stopped and said he needed to call his manager. He told me his manager said he should run away from this job. The finish had been taken off the tile that had been cleaned. I was told the manager would get in touch with me and come out to see the tile. On sat. I got a call and was told I would be called back because the manager had stepped out. So far no call back ): My service was on 2/19
