I called your office to report that a couple of areas recently cleaned have the spots coming up again. I was told that the manager was out but would be back in a few minutes and would call me - never happened. It's been over 30 hours and no call back.

My carpet was super nasty and the tect was professional and hard working.
Roy did a great job cleaning the carpet. He was also very friendly. I had severe pet stains, and they came out completely and the odor was eliminated. The carpet looks great.
