Keep the appointments within the timeframe scheduled, and not have a customer waiting as long as I had to...Remember, the customer's time is important!!! My scheduled time was 10am - 1pm, and I had to call your company to find out why a technician wasn't at my resident within the time scheduled, and as he came around 2:45 - 3:00pm...great guy that showed up.
THE CARPETS WERE NEVER CLEANER!! THEY LOOK NEW! ALSO JONATHAN WAS FANATASTIC. KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING, AND ALSO TOOK HIS TIME TO DO THE JOB RIGHT!! YOU ARE THE BEST CARPET CLEANING COMPANY IN TOWN. MUCH BETTER THAN WHAT I HAVE EVER HAD BEFORE.
I WILL BE USING YOU GUYS AGAIN, AND YES , I HAVE RECOMMENDED YOU TO 2 OF MY NEIGHBORS ALREADY.

You did not disappoint me, service was nice, tech was polite and even arrived earlier than scheduled. People that I spoken with was turned off by the price (gas & price per stair charge) I just told them I was recommended by my Landlord, who had use you before (satisfied) and I didn't want any problems to arises if I had used another company.
