The Carpet gets clean and dries fast unfortunately there are still a few stains remaining
well, my carpets had stains show up two days after the cleaning..
I have pets at my house and I love the fact that this product will not harm them. I let the carpet try to dry a little while before I let them back into the house. They wonder what happened but I am at ease knowing that it is not harmful to them.
I was very pleased with the service that Ben and Imil provided. My carpet in the bedrooms was really bad in the traffic areas because of the chemicals left in the carpet from previous cleanings. And, within 2weeks, it was dirty again. They weren't able to get all of the dirt up in one cleaning, but I am confident they will be able to the next time. It's amazing how much better it looks and feels now.
I love your service and will definitely will call you next time my carpet needs cleaning.

You do it right. Our carpets are as close to new looking as a 20 year old Berber can be but they look great. We won't have to buy new carpet to sell our house because these are just fine thanks to Zerorez. Best money we have spent in fixing up our house to sell. Tony came even though it was late and worked like we were his first customers. Give that man a raise!
Floors (carpet and lino) are spectacularly clean! Technician was prompt and gave us a 20-minute "head-up" prior to arrival which was greatly appreciated considering we work full time. KUDOS for providing a great service at a reasonable price with an extraordinary employee (Brandon)!
I like that its Safe for pets. AND Altho it removes the odors, it leaves no masking perfume-like smell. That's important to me also.
When St___n_y Stea___er cleaned my carpets, it was frayed in 2 spots by the stairs, and left behind a strong smell- not perfumery - almost like a hospital or retirement home smell. Yuck. Also triggered my asthma.
Not ZeroRez. It not only looked great, but it smelled.. just clean. Like fresh from the washer/laundry clean.
I will DEFINATELY use them again in the future.
the fresh feeling after you are done. Other carpet cleaners leave residues that I can smell. And my dog , Bear, smells them too and doesnt even want to sit on the rug. the spot removal is as good as it gets. promptness and advance communication when the technician is on his way. Tony did a wonderful job on my old and heavily stained carpeting

I love the fact that you use alkaline water and no soap. My carpet came out very clean and I'm very happy with the results. Also, Roy was an excellent technician. Very likable and did a great job! I will definitely call to use you all again.

Thy did n excellent job, I highly recommend them and I'll certainly request them the next time I have my carpets cloned. The technician was super friendly and very informative. I love everything about the product. Also, the service tech was very timely. The only thing I would have to comment on is that I was quoted $107 or $108 and it ended up being $136 because I had to pay for an extra "room" so he would do my hallway. I was already paying for 3 rooms (all upstairs) and the hallway upstairs is fairly short, but it came out great so I'm not really complaining. I completely understand having to charge extra, but I think it would be a great idea to add a question to the list of questions the representative on the phone asks when making your appointment pertaining to any "extra" areas. So in addition to asking "how many rooms?" I feel they should also ask, "are there any extra areas? Hallways, stairs, etc." just so you get a more accurate quote. From reading your reviews on Yelp it appears misquoting is a common problem, so quite honestly I was already mentally prepared for there to be an "issue" with the price versus the quote since I'd seen it appear in so many customer reviews. But like I said- my overall experience: the quality of the service, the product, etc. was amazing and definitely worth the value!

It is quick to dry and the carpet cleans up easily with just a wet wash cloth.
I had my sofa, loveseat and chair cleaned and they look like brand new furniture. The carpets look great too!
