Your service representative was very polite and competent. He thoroughly explained the process and answered all our questions. The results were dramatized by seeing half the carpet cleaned before the rest was 1treated. The contrast was unbelievable! We are very satisfied with the whole process.
This is the second time I have used your service to clean my house. Your product is awesome. Smells good, clean and drys fast. But your service tech Ben is the face of your company and both times he was totally professional. I requested Ben again because he is respectful and knows the products and makes suggestions. In Sept 2013 I used your service but didn't need a pet stain solution. I got a new dog in Dec and this time (April 2014) Ben explained why the pet solution would benefit me. I got it and feel comfortable that it will help my carpets. I like my carpets cleaned every six months... and yes I will be asking for Ben. thanks First name removed

I was very pleased with the service! Tony did a great job and took his time on my soiled carpet. I needed to have a flush since I had some old dog pee stains in my living room. The carpet looks almost new again. I had some dark traffic areas and it looks amazing! I will recommend your Company and will use you again.
Andrew was so nice and suggested what he thought we would truly need. We had a lot of pet damage and he not only got 99% of it up, our house didn't smell like urine when it was drying. He was fast and professional. I love the way my carpets look now.

I have to admit, the technician was very nice and I have no complaints with him. My carpets overall were not that dirty ,but I had a few areas of concern that did not come as clean as I thought they would. The area rug in the family room still looks dingy to me after it dried and I feel if he would've gone over it a bit slower ( or maybe twice since it was the one rug that needed work ) it would've been better.
It's my first time with zerorez and I know there is no " soap " used so maybe I was just expecting too much.
Once again, no disrespect to the technician. He was very professional and courteous.
