Technician was very nice, and my carpet came out very clean.

Very professional staff and carpet came cleaner than with any other service I've used.
I like that the techs have always been courteous. Products and services and prices are clearly explained. None of the techs have tried pushing non-necessary products or services. Prices are comparable to other cleaning services.
Jan, the service person, was very friendly, courteous, and careful. He explained everything and he did a great job. the job was smaller than I have done in the past, but he didn't pressure for more. I'm finding the Teflon works really well to stop staining and is well worth the cost

The five hour window is difficult. Would think by there morning of you would beable to narrow it down considerably. It is very difficult to prepare for a possible 8am and have the tech arv at 1pm.

I like the fact that there are no chemicals used. The service was quick and I had my carpets cleaned quickly.
My carpets look beautiful! They are 20 years old and almost look like new. Roy was very professional and very nice. I am strongly considering having come back and clean my tile.
