I like the fact that you don't use harsh chemicals to clean. It is a bit vague as to what your "secret patented formula" is, and I hope in the future you'll be able to tell your customers exactly what it is that you use. This is coming from someone who only uses baking soda and vinegar to clean with, but I feel like more and more people want to get away from chemicals that cause who knows what kind of harm to our bodies and environment. I do appreciate the steps your company has taken though, and Anthony was very friendly and knowledgable!

The cleaning method is very effective. I've used Zerorez twice, both times the service tech was friendly and very professional. They did an amazing job and I will not use anyone else.

Tech was personable , honest and very knowledgeable.
They quoted us a price to get urine smell out of three areas if our carpet. Service guy does upstairs in thirty minutes and says that we didn't need a pet treatment and the carpet is not too bad. Carpet dried and the urine smell was worse and was charged for the pet treatment we never got. We complained and they sent out the technician. We got into it over a $90 pet treatment that he said wasn't included in the original price. He rewashed the spots and wouldn't give us the pet treatment that we were quoted. Long story short urine smell is still there and we are done with Zero Rez.
