i was very pleased with my actual appointment - the service person was friendly, efficient and on-time. You would have scored a 10, if i hadn't experienced a very concerning scheduling issue. i had scheduled an appointment and received an estimate for a post-move out cleaning. Because the timing was so critical, i called the day before to confirm - and was told that i wasn't on the schedule. I vividly recall the original phone call(particularly being a little surprised that i needed to provide the exact number of steps to be cleaned and the fact that i was originally quoted $5 per step). So after having a lengthy discussion with him, how did he not manage to actually book my appointment? Thankfully there were appointments available for my scheduled day, otherwise i would have been in big trouble as i am required to have the carpets cleaned and was leaving for Texas the next day. For that reason alone, i would be reluctant to recommend you despite otherwise being pleased.
The carpets are really clean and the drying time is minimal.
I was very impressed by the professionalism of your technician. The final work blew my mind! Superior service all around.
No soap and dries fast
The job was reasonably priced and the fact there are no chemicals. The carpets came out amazing!!

We are a repeat customer and was very satisfied the last time we had our carpet cleaned. I do not know about the products but our rugs look very good after the cleaning. The service was great, our serviceman, previously and now, was very friendly and knowledgeable about our carpeting. Great job.

Dry time and carpet cleaning
Your technicians were on time, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The cleaning was thorough and our carpets look like new. We are very satisfied and have already recommended Zerorez to others.
The technician was very knowledgeable and professional.
The carpet did not take long to dry but when it did, the carpet was soft and looked like new. There is not supposed to be residue which would attract dirt - that will take time to prove. Roy was very nice and considerate of our home. We will ask for him next time we need the services of Zerorez. Thank you.
