No harsh chemicals, dries quickly
The service was excellent. Tony was polite, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable about the product and end result. The carpets look lovely. As for the products used, it has only been less than a week since the cleaning. Hopefully, the dirty areas will not show right back up as with other systems. If this happens, you will surely hear from me. Right now I am completely satisfied.
Tony had a big job to do. We had NUMEROUS pet stains. He carefully identified them, and treated them appropriately. Though some had been there for a while, they seem to have come out pretty well. Because many pet stained areas had to be saturated, it has taken quite a while to get the carpet dry, though Tony had advised me of this. Also, I have a large wool area rug I wanted cleaned. Though It had been cleaned on site by another company, Tony informed me he would need to take the rug to your facility and have it cleaned correctly. I will do that soon. This is the second time I have used Zerores. I will be calling again when the need arises. You have a great employee in Tony.

There are about 3 or 4 black spots that didn't go away and one area where our puppy used to potty that looks as if it wasn't touched

The service in which this survey is based on was our counter tile cleaning. We were told that you could make them look brand new, however, when the serviceman came and cleansed them they looked no different at all. We spend $112.00 on this service and I could have done a better job with a toothbrush and soft scrub, we were very disappointed. Although I will not use Zerorez for this services again I will continue to use your carpet cleaning services as I feel that you are superior to other companies. And, I would recommend Zerorez for the carpet cleaning just not the counter top tile cleaning. Thank you, Name removed
