My carpet looks clean for almost a year before it looks like it needs cleaning again, and we have to large dogs. Your personnel are professional and while they are quick, they don't rush thru like other carpet cleaners. Thank you for your professionalism.

Roy, the technician, was very nice and professional. However, I wish he would have told me that you had both guaranteed and non guaranteed pet treatments. The only pet treatments he offered, I purchased. I see the invoice and it clearly states that I was given the non guaranteed pet treatments and if they did not work, then I would have to purchase the guaranteed pet treatments. I should have been fully advised beforehand that there were two categories, and given the price for each and the option to make an informed decision.
I like the product you use instead of soap. The carpet was left very wet, was that because of the product?

The rug which is in excellent shape. & I maintain, was a poor job done. They were to re clean the living room and my bedroom small stain, which easily came out by my scrubber, I had to clean. Jan, rug tech who did the job, had a horrible attitude & was very defensive about redoing, I had cleaned a small area in my living room, which clearly showed the dirt that was in the rest of the rug. Small stain in bedroom he also came up with lots of defense for it. I finally was done with any further debate, he was to redo, and that's what he had returned for. Instead He chose to leave. My 70 yr old male neighbor was present & could not believe your company's lack of professionalism. What a nightmare, Brad his supervisor was also defending the job site unseen. Your employees lack skill to clean carpets & have no customer relation skills. I would never recommend your company. The arrogance of both was a horrible experience. & expense. Was told the rug cleaning would be refunded, as I told Brad to get out of my house. I would never recommend your company . Your product does a bad job. My scrubber removed a lot of dirt. I have made arrangements for my usual carpet man & is coming to redo the mess your company left me with, dirt. I gave your company a try only because the man that usually does it was out of town for the month. Bad idea. Note that when I 1st called in about being disappointed, Sydney, took the call ' & was going to have a man come out that day, Johnny. But all that changed with Brad.

The carpet feel soft and easy to vacuum
My living room and dining room came out great as well as my area rugs. My stair case gets a lot of traffic and was quite dirty. It didn't come out as well as I had hoped. There are some areas that still look dirty. Not sure if you came out again to do a second cleaning if that would make a difference.
